Dr. Octopus was a middle-aged man wearing a pair of coffee-coloured sunglasses. He seemed to wear his brown windbreaker all year round. He looked just like an ordinary person. He had a muscular figure and a fierce-looking face. There was a trace of focus, stubbornness and cruelty in his eyes, as if there was nothing in the world that he would not abandon except for what he cared about.
To be honest, Dr. Octopus did not give the first impression of being a doctor at all. He looked more like a truck driver or a gangster.
Due to an accident during a nuclear experiment, his spinal cord nerves had fused with his robotic arms, and his body became strong because of a mutation caused by the nuclear radiation. The composition of the radiation also altered his brain tissue. With four more hands, his brain rearranged his nerve circuits in order to optimise the new body. Now, these tentacles could operate in full accordance with his thoughts.
