*Knock *Knock
"Coming."
I stood up from my bed and went toward the door as someone was knocking on it.
"!?" As I opened the door, I was surprised to see a maid that I hadn't met yet. She looked refined and calm. Her appearance gives me a vibe that she doesn't talk much.
"Shion-sama, my lady has told you to come to the dining table." She said. "Everyone is waiting for you."
It's already dinner time. She told me to go to the dining table. But I thought that I would have to eat separately. It's even if they say that I was adopted by Mom. But I still am not a family member.
"In this house, every member of the Tsukiyomi family has to eat together. That's the rule set by Rei-sama, and whenever you're here, you have to obey that." She said to me for some reason.
"I understand." Saying that, I started following her. "By the way, I am Tsukiyomi Shion. It's nice to meet you."
I tried to introduce myself.
"I am Kaede. Rei-sama's personal maid."
Ah, so she is Rei-san's personal maid. That's why I don't know her. She must have always remained close to her.
Kaede-san remained silent until we arrived at the dining table.
"Ah, you're late, you know." Rika-nee said the moment she sees me.
For some reason, I do think I like Rika-nee more. She is the only person who accepted me without even thinking twice. Even my mom, Vivian, hesitated first before accepting me. No, I do feel that she is still hesitant about whether to accept me or not.
On the other hand, Rika-nee, being herself, never doubted about my existence. She accepted me right away. She might be perverted and slutty due to her job, but she really is a good person.
I sat next to Rika-nee as she wanted me to sit beside her.
Foods were beautifully decorated on the table. Everything is perfect. Even salads too. I guess I do understand why do we call them rich people.
Everyone was silent. As if they are waiting for someone's permission.
"As Shion has arrived, we shall start our dine." As Rei-nee said, everyone started eating.
To my surprise, everyone was eating with perfect posture. Something that you can see in the drama and films.
And here I am, knowi nothing about how to eat like rich people do.
I took the fork and tried to imitate others while eating. It really is hard, and I am not as good as them. I know that I look too bizarre. But they didn't really care and started eating as they always do.
"I have good news for Misaki." Rei-san was the first person to start talking.
"Good news?" Misaki tilted her head.
"Yeah, your time has finally come." Rei-san said. "You should be fortunate enough to know that your turn to serve the family has finally come. I have taken all the preparation about your debut as an escort."
As Rei-san informed her that Misaki's turn to be an escort had come, she went into a deep shock. The food fell from her mouth. For some reason, I can sense fear in her eyes.
"B-but Rei-nee, isn't it too early? You said that you would give me some more time." She said while still being in fear.
I can totally understand that she doesn't want to be an escort. Well, no one does. Even I don't like this idea. But I have no right to object. But she does.
"You did request me to give you some more time. But I don't think it's necessary. You're already in your high school, and you're getting older. When do you start serving customers? After getting old, woman?" Rei said with a scary expression. "Did you forget our roots? All of us are sluts, and we have to serve our customers. That's the foundation of this house."
"I—I haven't." Misaki replied while being a lot scared now.
"Rika, how old were you when you lost your virginity?" Rei asked Rika-nee.
"Around 13 years old, if I am not wrong." Rika-nee casually answered.
"What about Mai?"
"Around the same time."
"They have been contributing to this family for almost eight to ten years. What about you, Misaki? You're already a high schooler and still haven't served any guy. Even Mai, who hates guys, made her name in the lesbian field. She is getting tons of female customers. What about you?"
"I... I..."
"Look at Shion; she just came here, and she will make her debut within one or two days. We didn't even give her a day to rest even though we know that she is sick. Why would we give you more time?" Rei looked at Misaki. "Give me one reason, Misaki."
"B-but please, Rei-nee. Don't compare me to some outsider. I am part of this family. Please give me some more time." Misaki said with a teary face.
"Outsider? Who? You know that Shion is already a part of this family, right? Also, I have to remind you that your father is a criminal; her father isn't. If you think you have much more value compared to Shion in this family, you're just simply foolish." Rei-san became enraged. "If Shion's mother, Vivian, wasn't there to save us at that time, you would've been drinking cum instead of the delicious food you're having."
"B-But I don't want to." Misaki tried to resist. "I don't want to serve some fat guys. I want freedom. I don't want to be a prostitute. I simply hate this sort of t-thing. Why do I need to sleep with those filthy creatures? I h-hate all of these. I don't want to. I don't want to. I don't want to."
"Misaki, you know what's going to happen with you if you resist, right? We have already made tons of deals, and your life has already been set." Rei calmly ate the steak. "You have to get naked and have sex with those filthy creatures that you're talking about."
The atmosphere became a lot calmer. Where only Misaki's wiping sounds can be heard.
