Seeing what just happened.

The tension in the air was suffocating as the gang members scrambled out of the car, their hands clutching their weapons tightly.

Immediately the boss barked an order, his voice sharp and panicked. "Take him down! Shoot him now!"

Without hesitation, the men raised their guns, the sound of clicks and chambers echoing through the narrow alley.

They fired, the shots ringing out like thunder.

At that moment Kai stopped in his tracks, his sharp eyes narrowing as he assessed the situation.

He could feel the adrenaline coursing through his veins, but his mind remained calm, calculating.

"If I shoot them, they'll end up in a hospital before I get answers. I don't have that kind of time to wait"

Without a second thought, Kai made his decision. He loosened his grip on his pistol, letting it fall to the ground with a dull thud.
