章節 9: Chapter 9- Debut
Ryan transformed back into human form in midair. Gravity pulled down and he went straight to the ground. Despite the fasting speed, he remained calm and slowly guided his body toward the Robber's car.
3.2.1. It is hero time.
Ryan activated his Omnitrix and slammed at the selective alien. His body broke down into crystalized pieces and morphed into a giga chin alien.
" Diamondhead." He shouted and landed on the ground. The impact of his made the ground tremble and the dust to rise.
" What is going on? A bomb?"
" Ah shit."
" Quick, Jason don't run into the smoke. I think the police placed the trap."
Inside the speeding car was filled with horror. They didn't know that their little robbing would bring so many eyes onto them.
" Spider-man and then another problem. When will this end?" The thief muttered.
" Watch out." The man behind the backseat yelled as he pointed at the smoke. " There is something in there. Something shiny."
Just as he finished warning the driver, a crystalized wall emerged from the ground. The car collided with the wall but due to the warning it managed to avoid the fate of being pressed.
" Go. Go. Take cover. Run away." The group leader shouted at his crew. He banged on the car and started running toward the smoke.
With adrenaline, he was too focused on escaping. Suddenly a hand grabbed his neck and lifted him up like a cat.
" Where are you going?" Ryan said. He tried to make a smile.
The leader yelled in horror and shot out a rain of bullets at Ryan. Ryan covered his face with one hand and said.
" Ouch. Ouch."
He grabbed the gun and with strength turned the gun into a metal ball. He then chopped at the Leader's neck making him fall unconscious.
One down. Three to go. Ryan thought.
He dropped down the leader and aimed his hands at the two who were running into the sideway. Dust had settled down and the targets were close.
He didn't need to put that much attention onto the aiming. He fired the two bolts and landed in front of the targets. The bolt expanded and eventually caused the targets to trip.
Ryan fired another one as well. The result was the same.
He looked around.
Ahh…the property damage. I hope at least my crystals will have some value in the market.
Ryan sighed. Just as he was about to flee from the scene, spider-man jumped down from the air.
" Woah. What just happened?" He exclaimed. He climbed on the wall and saw Ryan's massive figure.
" Who are you?" He said.
" Me?" Ryan chuckled. He had been waiting for this. The previous attempt was not successful but there is always the second chance.
" I am a galactic Hero." Ryan patted his chest and showed off his omnitrix symbol.
Spider-man walked toward Ryan. He put on an alert but hearing the word Hero dropped his guard down. " Hero? Galactic? Like a comic book hero?"
" Kind of…" The siren came on from a distance. Ryan looked past Spider-man and said, " Police are coming."
" Oh right. I forget about them."
" Alright, Mr spider-man. See you in another time." Ryan said and dashed to the nearby alleyway. That was the advantage of the big city. So many alleyways.
Spider-man looked at Ryan's back. His thoughts were racing. His brain memorized the Omnitrix's pattern.
So he is…
" Drop your weapon. Spider-man." Police shouted at him from a distance.
" What weapon? The only dangerous thing on me is my face." He cracked a joke and swung away from the scene.

Ryan panted and dropped on the floor. Sweats were forming on the forehead dripping down to the floor. He was currently in the basement, training his body.
He discarded the plan to follow Peter. It was truly a waste of time. He wiped the sweat and checked his phone.
The news was about today's accident. Articles were calling him the CrystalChin.
Ryan frowned. Who chose the name? My reputation.
" At this rate I am going bald with the sheer stress." He laughed and walked out from the basement.
There is no school tomorrow. I can rest like a sloth. No Ned project as well.
Ryan slapped himself. " Focus.".
I am branding myself as a hero. Hero means light. Light for a regular citizen. I can't be lazy. I need to inspire some random people.
Tomorrow I will wake up at 6 and start patrolling. I will be the best Hero. The best among men.
Ryan was too driven by random 3am thoughts he started boxing at the air. His movements were precise and flawless.
And I have dropped hints to Peter as well. Can't wait for Sunday?

Saturday.
Ryan woke up at 4 pm in the afternoon. Last night he was too absorbed in building Lego.
Looking at the clocks and the faint sunlight from the outside, Ryan sighed.
