章節 160: C143(1)

The plot of the movie gradually unfolded.

Clark had known since he was a child that he was different from others. His adoptive parents told him not to show it and to learn to blend in like ordinary people.

But one day, Clark's superpowers suddenly became stronger, and abilities like x-ray vision and super hearing began to overwhelm him.

Clark became a freak in the eyes of others.

Years passed.

During a field trip, the school bus plunged into the river.

Clark raised the bus and pushed it to the shore, saving everyone and becoming a hero. Afterwards, Clark went from being a freak to being seen as a powerful freak by others, but the discrimination he faced did not lessen.

Clark struggled with this.

His adoptive parents told him to stop showing his abilities, to pretend to be ordinary, and finally told him the truth about his origins.

When Clark learned that he was from another planet, he began to accept the reality of his situation. He finally learned to hide his true self.

As he grew older, Clark moved to Metropolis, became a reporter for the Daily Planet, and met his girlfriend, Lois Lane.

In the process, Clark accidentally found himself in the middle of a robbery, and without thinking, exposed his abilities as he easily took down the robbers.

This was a deliberate joke that made the audience smile.

...

After the film transitioned to Metropolis, there was a noticeable shift from the original version, and the plot was altered slightly.

The original Man of Steel had received mixed reviews, and its box office barely broke even, without making a profit.

Had they stuck to the original version, in this Superman's current reputation, it would have been far from the prestige of the Marvel world, and would have resulted in a loss.

Anton wasn't stupid.

After discussing with the screenwriter, he decided to keep parts of the original plot. The main storyline remained unchanged, with General Zod still being the villain, but the tone shifted to be a bit more humorous and light-hearted, making it a well-rounded popcorn movie with great special effects.

As for the Fury watching the film, when they saw Superman displaying his powers, they couldn't help but think of Captain Marvel, Carol Danvers.

Both were "Supermen."

However, Carol's abilities weren't as varied as Superman's in this film.

Super strength, super hearing, invulnerability, x-ray vision!

These are just a few of the powers shown.

Even with just these abilities, it was clear that Superman was far beyond ordinary people.

"Alien!"

Fury's faces grew serious.

If Krypton were real, and if there really were a Kryptonian race in the universe, then just one Superman was already terrifying. What would happen if the entire population of Krypton came to Earth? The Earth would have no way to fight back.

All aliens would be supermen!

What kind of resistance could the people on Earth put up?

Would they resort to using nuclear bombs to try to defeat them?

In that case, after a battle, the people of Earth might have to consider relocating to another planet.

His face was grim.

At the same time, Tony Stark was thinking along the same lines. He realized that the existence of Superman was a bit of a "bug" in reality and began to doubt its authenticity.

...

Clark and Lois's lives had settled into a normal routine.

Lois noticed Clark's odd behavior, sensing that her lover was hiding something from her. This irritated Lois.

One day, in an effort to ease the tension with Lois, Clark decided to take her on a trip to the North Pole.

After arriving, Clark, using his super hearing, accidentally detected an unusual sound, like a call from his fellow tribe.

This snapped him back to full consciousness, and while Lois was asleep, he headed into the depths of the North Pole.

When Lois found Clark missing, she got up to search for him, but accidentally slipped and fell into the ice.

Clark's perspective, farsightedness, and super hearing were more than enough to notice her plight.

In desperation, Clark soared into the sky, smashing through a mountain at a speed exceeding the speed of sound, heading straight for the ice.

In that very moment, he saved Lois.

Not just Lois—Clark himself was stunned.

"Can you fly?"

...

Halfway through the movie, Fury and others were surprised again.

Flight!

Superman had shown another extraordinary ability.

How many abilities does this guy have?

Does Superman really exist?

Is there such a god-like alien with various superpowers in the world?

No wonder in the trailer, Superman's biological father says people will respect him as a god!

...

Flight!

Seeing this scene, combined with Superman's current abilities, not only the people from S.H.I.E.L.D., but also Tony Stark, Eddie, and even DC fans, began to fully understand the scope of Superman's power.

If such a superhero truly appeared, it would be just like what the movie says—a god!

Like a god!

Eddie was lost in thought.

He had always felt that Superman would eventually appear in the real world.

But after seeing such an exaggerated portrayal in the movie, Eddie couldn't help but hesitate.

Is this really a character that should exist in reality?

Even the aliens are not too exaggerated!

Knowing that even if he went back to ask Anton, Anton wouldn't give him a direct answer, Eddie decided to think it over and continued watching the movie.

...

After Clark saved Lois, he confessed everything to her.

Then, facing the massive block of ice above them, he once again demonstrated his superpower.

Heat vision!

His eyes turned red, and an intense light burst forth, instantly melting the ice in front of him.

At the same time, the frost beneath the ice, not directly hit by the heat vision, began to melt one by one, like snowflakes touched by the summer sun.

When everyone saw this, they gasped in amazement. The exaggeration of the character was becoming more and more evident.

Now, almost no one believed that Superman would appear in the real world.

Such a tyrannical superhero!

Even if he did exist, people wouldn't want him around.

Fear of the unknown.

Awe of the mighty.

People began to wonder whether this alien superhero was truly a friend of mankind, as the movie suggested.

In the movie, Clark and Lois discovered the abnormal situation he had noticed: A Kryptonian spacecraft, buried in a glacier for tens of thousands of years, had been hidden away!
