章節 11: Strength Unleashed, the Cruel Persona!

Within the Mystyr Kingdom, nobles and families usually had a territory, and the size and prosperity of these territories depended on the position they had on the kingdom's hierarchy.

For a small branch family, it was usually the size of a town. After all, the Kennel Family is a duchy and was responsible for one of the 16 provinces within the Kingdom. It's not strange for its branches to hold considerable influence.

Fredrinn sat silently on the carriage along with other men and women. The distance between the Kennel Branch Family's territory and the Litel Trading Site is approximately 28 km. Not too far but not too near either.

He slowly closed his eyes and waited. Unlike a casual gathering establishment like Litel Trading Site, a territory of a noble under the kingdom's jurisdiction usually had stricter procedures. There's a reason he's taking his time instead of rushing towards the territory with his speed immediately.

It's better to blend in inconspicuously and strike when no one expects. Fredrinn is absurdly powerful, but his people cannot resist the retaliation of a kingdom. Wouldn't it be better if he became someone else and razed the Kennel Branch Family to the ground for no apparent reason?

It would be akin to forcing them to take their own medicine!

With a smirk, Fredrinn leaned on the wall and rested. The others had no idea that a massacre was about to take place, and the culprit was none other than the person a meter away from them.

The driver knocked the bell beside him to announce their arrival. Fredrinn opened his eyes and jumped down, inspecting the territory of his enemy.

As the overlord of the Greenwood Forest, it was somewhat prosperous. The economy here flows like a raging tide, always filled with vendors and markets. Not to mention the fact that most tourists who came to Greenwood Forest would choose to explore its splendor from here, as it was the most famous town in the territory.

In the future, when his territory becomes a town, he must ensure that the economy would begin to sprout there.

Fredrinn couldn't shoulder it all when it came to resources; as a territory, it must have its own passive income. When everyone became economically independent, he could collect tax money, significantly increasing the efficiency of income.

However, as of now, self-sufficiency is enough to support itself. Maybe he'll begin to plant the seed of economy when his men reach the peak-stage squires. At that time, the current resources wouldn't be enough.

Afterward, after getting a clearer outlook of the territory through the mouths of the locals, Fredrinn made quick strides toward the biggest building in the town, right in the middle of this bustling place.

His eyes glinted coldly.

Before he came, he had made several preparations; unless he showed what was under the mask, no one could guess his identity. After all, only a Grand Knight could detect people with their senses.

Fredrinn slowly walked towards the gate of the manor. The house was that big. The guards standing near the gate glanced at the rug-caped man and shook their heads.

"At least made the cape out of a knitted wool. This is very embarrassing."

"He's getting closer. Perhaps he's a lost shepherd trying to find the direction of his sheep?"

"Sheep? Did you see some sheep passing the gates?"

"No."

The guards bickered with each other. Fredrinn slowly neared their distance, and when they were close enough, he swiftly beheaded the guards like chickens.

They're nobodies to him, and vice-versa. He could only blame them for their luck for picking the wrong side. Of course, objectively, he wished to make a contrasting impression of the people towards this character.

He, as a Lord, is benevolent and saintly. However, this persona must be ruthless, inhumane, and cruel.

Two lives were lost meaninglessly all for the sake of his plan, but Fredrinn remained cold as he walked ahead, for there will be more. His people are his strength, and no one is allowed to hurt them.

At first, he was directly ignored by most members of the family. There are a lot of unscrupulous things that the family head did, and all of them were done using the hands of a hidden group, so there was no surprise.

Fredrinn didn't care. He quickly arrived before the great doors of the Kennel Branch Family's manor. He took a deep breath and slowly lifted his sword. He amplified his strength with the Amplified Punch, and for the first since he acquired his million kg strength, he went all out.

The air resistance created by a thunderous swing delivered with such a speed and weighed over a million kg was colossal. The manor before him that stood in grandeur was directly reduced to a dilapidated place, losing all of its grandeur.

And even then, it was just a slight effort for Fredrinn to produce such an effect! His eyes gleamed, and he was ready to perform the second swing. By then, all of the members had lost their bearings and screamed for help from the nearest combatants, hoping they would not be caught up in this mess.

Fredrinn sneered at this. He was not surprised. Such a filthy place, how could its members be righteous and heed loyalty?

A bunch of knights came running and were shouting for him to stop, but what does their concern have anything to do with him?

Fredrinn directly entered the dilapidated manor. Being an overlord, their wealth must be very significant. Although his hatred was immense, he also had his own interests. And those interests will be paid for by everything they have and love!

"Stop!!! How dare you?! This is the Kennel Branch Family's territory, the direct subordinate of one of the strongest duchy in the kingdom, along with a Grand Knight guarding its turf; who do you think you are?!"

A young squire screamed until his throat bled. Fredrinn squinted his eyes in annoyance, and he directly gripped his neck like a man handling his chicks.

"Where's the treasury?"

The young squire trembled in fear, but his tone still held the confidence that the background of the family he served was enough to deter all foes.

"H-Hah! So you're just a poor bastard who wished to intimidate us with your tricks! If you really are strong, why do you need to hide your face and hastily search for the treasury?!"

The more he talked, the bigger his confidence grew. Other knights and squires had their eyes lit up, and they looked at Fredrinn with disdain.

Unfortunately, who he was dealing with was not the original Fredrinn, but the persona that was meant to be indifferent and cruel. The young squire was about to laugh along with others when Fredrinn directly ran his hand through his guts and let the young squire's intestines fall out.

His scream was akin to a pig, and the scene was straight out of a hardcore horror movie. The gleeful men of the Kennel Branch Family halt their laugh as their legs tremble.

Fredrinn casually ripped apart the intestines and forcefully opened the young squire's ribs, exposing his lungs and his heart to the air.

"Talk now, or I'll show you the deeper hell than this."

However, the mentality of the young squire was obviously too weak, so he directly puked at the sight of his greasy, slimy organs and passed out. It was predicted that he would die of organ failures and excessive bleeding.

Fredrinn tossed him to the other guards like a useless toy and cast his cold eyes on others.

"Now, unless you wanted to see me continue this festival, I suggest you tell me where the treasury is."

"N-North! Please! Spare us!!!"

All the knights and squires prostrated themselves and trembled. The sight was too sadistic, too horrifying. The man indifferently ripped out someone's intestines as if it were nothing, and he even exposed the squire's heart and lungs to the air.

This is no longer a demon! This is a demon amongst demons!!!

"Wouldn't it be better if you cooperate from the start?"

Thus, Fredrinn punched onward and directly turned their bodies into a bloody, fleshy mess. His eyes are cruel to the extreme as he continues his march. Giving them a swift death in this world could be considered as mercy.

Surviving as a mere sacrificial pawn in a count's territory where dogs were better than slaves and lowlives for more than a decade was not easy. Fredrinn may look kind and righteous, but he's definitely not merciful!

Organs are like functional assets back when he was at the peak of his career as a sacrificial soldier, and the unnerving screams of fear and despair are like unpleasant chirpings to his ears.

Piss and excretions are parts of his daily life, and the cruelty of a human's seven sins was a daily theatre for him. Women were forced to do unspeakable, disgusting things, and even little girls couldn't escape from the clutches of the trash in human skin.

It was a cruel past, and Fredrinn was planning to never be someone like that again. However, for the sake of his people, for the sake of his own self, sacrifice was necessary!

You were so cruel to my people, so let me show you what true cruelty is!

Do you think you were cruel by doing what you did? Do you think you laughed at other's suffering was worthy of a reaction for such a meager amount of cruelness you showed them?

Come! I'll show you the true meaning of cruelty!
