When I leaned in I wrapped my arms around Vaeril and hugged him. My heart was pounding like a freight train. Vaeril put on his shirt and we grabbed our supplies. We hadn't realized before but all of a sudden the rain had stopped. We walked out from under the tree and headed toward the laughter.
She was "fighting" an orc. It's giant green cock in hand she was massaging him while sitting on the orcs chest. She was laughing at the orc's face as it was processing the pleasure. She heard us approach and she looked back.

"Yeah, we took some shelter not far from here when we heard your cackling," Vaeril said bluntly.

"Rophalin, please do not call me that."
"Oh it's alright V, you can't make an exception for little old me." She said not expecting an answer.
"Well look who you brought with you the ever adorable Delsanra! OMG! How have you been!" She asked so loudly I could feel my hair blow back a bit.
"Oh I'm doing alright. My classes are going well and we made with some pretty good loot." I opened my bag to show her the herbs and animal meat we had collected. As well as one or two goblin parts.
"Oh pretty good." She looked thoughtfully at the pouch and side eyed Vaeril for a second. "Well, it seems like I interrupted your hunting. I will leave you two to it. But before I go, how about when your done we meet up at the old Tarvel Tavern?"
Before thinking I said, "That sounds like a great idea!" When looking at Vaeril he looked really annoyed.
"Perfect! See you later!"

Deeper in the woods Vaeril was quiet, which wasn't unusual but more quiet than normal. I tried to talk to him but he was so quick and concise with his responses. We walked for about an hour killing a few more monsters before getting another dry spell.
He hadn't really said much for a while, I was worried, but all of this was happening too fast. Why did Desanra have to die right before her hunting with Vaeril. I wasn't used to this new body. The shorter limbs and lower stature made traversing even the few miles we had covered even more difficult than I imagined it would be. I was growing tired and weak.
My mind was spinning, I could feel myself starting to lose balance. All these new memories and ideas flowing into my head made it hard to concentrate. I could feel my vision start to go, then everything went black.
...
When I woke up my body was being held by Vaeril. I was curled up in a ball on his lap.
"Are... Are you okay?"
I got up and sat across from him, still a bit dizzy from exhaustion.
"We don't have to go any deeper."
"It's okay," I said looking up at him.
He stood holding out his hand. It took a bit longer to get up but I started to feel less dizzy.
We went out from under the tree and I looked into the sky. The sun was just about to hit the center of the sky.
"Looks like we are making good progress." I smiled at Vaeril.
"Yeah, let's see if you can handle a bit more, if you feel light headed again we will head back."
After a few minutes of walking in silence I asked, "Hey Vaeril, what happened earlier..."
Suddenly a goblin came out dancing in a red hat. Then 8 more jumped out behind trees surrounding us. They were working so coordinately, it was strange to say the least.
A few jumped forward and Vaeril grabbed his knife killing three quickly. One jumped at me and before Vaeril could turn to stop it, the Goblin's cock was right in my face, soft yet precum dripping from it.
"NO!"
I ducked the Goblin flying past me.
An arrow sunk into it's back, then two more jumped at me. I began to run, I didn't know where but I ran anywhere I could. More Goblins started appearing, I could hear Vaeril calling my name over all the laughs of the creatures.
My legs felt heavy, I didn't run often but I noted I needed to exercise more.
"I can't stop." I thought to myself.
I found a hill, and hoping to get some high ground I ran up it, once I got to the top I felt myself begin to stumble.
