The poster depicted the series' gritty protagonist, Ravan, standing against a backdrop of shadows and flames. The tagline read, "In the shadows, he reigns." It was bold, dramatic, and perfectly encapsulated the dark and intense world of the show. Suraj had also released a short 10-second teaser—a fleeting glimpse of Ravan walking through a dimly lit alley, his face shrouded in mystery, ending with the haunting sound of a knife slashing and the title dripping into view in blood-red letters.
Suraj believed the teaser would spark curiosity, giving just enough to intrigue viewers without revealing too much.
The responses, as expected, were mixed.

Known for his sarcastic humor and over-the-top critiques, Rishabh's videos often garnered millions of views. Suraj clicked on the video, already bracing himself.
Rishabh began with his signature exaggerated laugh. "So, the internet is buzzing with talk about this new Bharat OTT series, Ravan's Rampage. And why, you ask? Oh, just a little thing called a 15-crore budget. You heard that right, folks—15 crores! On an OTT series! In Bharat! Either someone's lost their mind, or there's some serious money laundering going on here."
He paused for effect, letting the statement sink in. "And the person behind this? None other than Suraj, the supposed savior of Mythic Productions. I mean, hats off to his optimism, but really, dude? Fifteen crores?"
Rishabh then went on to mock the teaser. "Let's dissect this masterpiece of a teaser, shall we? It's ten seconds of a dude walking in an alley, looking menacing. That's it. Fifteen crores for this? At least give us something juicy to work with!"
The video was peppered with sarcastic jabs, but what caught Suraj's attention was Rishabh's closing statement.
"Here's the deal, people. I'll watch Ravan's Rampage. I'll even do a full review. But let me say this—if by some miracle this series is a success, I'll go live, shave my head, wear a skirt, and dance to Chaiyya Chaiyya. Mark my words!"
Suraj burst out laughing. The idea of Rishabh, bald and in a skirt, dancing to the iconic song, was a ridiculous but amusing thought. As much as the video poked fun at Ravan's Rampage, Suraj couldn't help but appreciate the free publicity. Rishabh's audience was massive, and his video was already trending.
Scrolling down to the comments section, Suraj saw the flood of reactions:

Despite the mocking tone of the video and the comments, Suraj wasn't upset. If anything, he felt a sense of relief. Ravan's Rampage was getting attention. Even if much of it was negative or skeptical, it was still attention.
By the end of the day, Rishabh's video had racked up over 2 million views, and #RavansRampage was trending on QTube and StarGram. People who hadn't even heard of the series before were now talking about it.
The next morning, Suraj called Aryan into his office. "Check this out," he said, playing Rishabh's video for him.
Aryan laughed so hard he nearly fell off his chair. "He's going to shave his head and dance in a skirt? That's insane!"
Suraj smirked. "It is. But you know what? I think this is going to work in our favor. Let them mock us. Let them doubt us. By the time they finish watching the series, they'll know just how wrong they were."
Aryan grinned. "And you're okay with all the negativity?"
Suraj nodded. "Absolutely. Negative attention spreads faster than positive. People love controversy, and they're going to come into this expecting a disaster. But what they'll find is a story, a cast, and a production that exceeds their expectations. They'll talk, and that's all we need."
Aryan gave him a thumbs-up. "I believe in you, bhai. This is going to be epic."
As the days passed, Suraj continued monitoring the buzz surrounding Ravan's Rampage. The skepticism was palpable, but so was the curiosity. People were already making bets on whether Rishabh would have to follow through on his promise.
Suraj leaned back in his chair, a small smile playing on his lips. The hard work was done. Now, it was time to let the audience decide.
