Next Room
Naruto took back the telepathic communicator, closed his eyes, and smiled with satisfaction, casting a glance at the old man on crutches beside him.
This old man was no ordinary person; he possessed a wish-granting ability, like a god in trouble.
As long as Naruto helped him, he would grant three wishes.
Naruto, having prepared for this moment, helped him with ease. However, due to the rules of this world, the wishes were somewhat limited.
"Alright, now give me 10,000 crash points."
"Old Immortal, my next wish is to turn my eyes into the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan."
Naruto expressed his desire excitedly. If Sako could awaken the Mangekyō Sharingan with just two tomoe, it wasn't unreasonable for him to wish for eternal eyes!
That's right, Sako wasn't just his ally but also an experiment subject. Naruto didn't plan to cheat Sako directly; he was simply benefiting himself while giving Sako a boost in the process.
"Hmm, this will cost you two wishes," said the God in Distress, his eyes glowing as he stroked his beard.
"Dang it...
Sure enough, I shouldn't have expected much from these restricted wish-granting props. My next wish was going to be for the Wood Style of Hashirama!" Naruto thought angrily but nodded in agreement.
Eternal eyes weren't just about avoiding blindness—having them meant increased pupil power, stronger abilities, and enhanced Susanoo. Just the prospect of avoiding blindness wasn't enough to excite Naruto.
Except... Uchiha Madara's trickery doesn't count!
The next moment, a golden light enveloped the God in Distress, and his figure vanished.
Naruto's Mangekyō Sharingan appeared in his eyes, spinning rapidly and transforming into a new pattern.
This time, the designs of both eyes merged. Using the Kamui eye as the base, the triangular sickle extended into a four-sided sickle windmill, with the center point enlarged.
A surge of power coursed through Naruto's eyes, and the strength of Kamui and Kotoamatsukami doubled. Susanoo also advanced to its second stage in Naruto's understanding.
"This feels incredible... But man, it's expensive. I'll need to be careful with my points from now on."
Naruto muttered to himself as he lay down on the bed and entered the sealed space to chat with Doraemon and Kurama.
This had become a daily form of entertainment for Naruto, as well as a way to bond with his two "cheat" partners.
At Kado's Stronghold
A thick layer of ice crystals covered the room, and countless frozen bodies of warriors littered the ground.
Kado stared blankly at the person before him, unable to comprehend why the ninja he had hired with money was now killing him.
Haku, now under the influence of Kotoamatsukami, paid no attention to Kado's desperate screams and continued to collect his wealth.
Naruto's instructions to her had been simple: take all of Kado's money and store it secretly as a future dowry.
Naruto didn't care much about money, but he wouldn't turn down any wealth that fell into his lap!
After all, he would need plenty of funds to support his future wives.
Tsunade, the big spender, was one of Naruto's favorites. How could he win her over without having some money?
The Next Day
With Kakashi's friendly negotiations, the mission continued.
Dazna promised to raise more funds to cover the difference once the bridge was complete. If he couldn't raise the money in time, he would repay it slowly with materials and interest.
Konoha, being a wealthy and powerful village, wasn't worried about Dazna reneging on his promise.
"Naruto, I want to train with you..."
After breakfast, Naruto and Sako were preparing to head out when Sakura ran up to them, calling out.
Last night, after returning to her room, Sakura had done a lot of thinking.
Now, seeing Naruto and Sako growing stronger every day, while she lagged behind, Sakura couldn't sit still any longer.
"Alright, you can come too!"
Naruto agreed without hesitation. He wasn't just training himself; he was helping everyone get stronger. Sakura's participation would only help him clear his thoughts, especially since Sako's outfit today was even more fashionable than yesterday!
"Um..."
Sakura nodded, her eyes curving into crescent moons as she flicked her long pink hair and quickly followed them.
Kakashi watched from the doorway, his eyes narrowing with satisfaction as he observed the trio leaving together.
"They've grown up so much... Naruto, Sako, Sakura..."
A determined look crossed Kakashi's face. He knew that upon returning to the village, it would be time to make a decision.
"Rin..."
For the next half-month, no more enemy attacks occurred. The bridge's construction sped up, and it was almost complete.
As for Kado, after all his wealth was taken, he was thrown into the sea to feed the sharks.
Finally, the day of the bridge's official completion arrived.
"Mr. Dazna, we'll be returning to the village now! Thank you for this reward."
Kakashi accepted the payment Dazna handed over with a smile.
"This... this is the least I could do. This bridge has given us courage and made us believe in a brighter future."
Dazna forced a smile, though inside he regretted his decision. If he had known Kado wouldn't show up, he could've sent Kakashi and the others back much sooner.
"Well, congratulations on regaining your hope! Naruto, Sako, Sakura, let's go."
Kakashi pocketed the money, turned around, and motioned for the trio to follow him. He also casually took the large sword Zabuza had left behind as a trophy.
This time, Kakashi wasn't moved by Zabuza's story and made sure to claim the spoils.
"Naruto, can you use your flying technique to get us back? I'd love to feel the thrill of flying again..."
Sakura asked, her eyes sparkling with excitement.
Sako and Kakashi both paused, looking at Naruto expectantly.
