章節 23: Bestow
Rukia's mind raced. 'I can't let it end here. Chad and that boy's soul are still in danger. And Ichigo... he needs me to guide him. And Kiyota...'
Elsewhere, Chad's ears perked up at the sound of a loud thud. "What was that noise?" he wondered aloud, his usual stoic expression tinged with concern.
The parakeet in his arms, Yūichi, chirped anxiously. "It's Rukia! She's being attacked by the Hollow that was chasing us!"
Chad's eyes widened slightly, his jaw setting with determination. He gently placed the birdcage on the ground. "Stay here," he instructed Yūichi.
"What are you going to do?" the parakeet asked, his voice trembling.
"I'm going to save Rukia," Chad replied simply, his tone resolute.
Yūichi's feathers ruffled in panic. "No, don't! It's too dangerous! You can't even see spiritual beings!"
Chad paused, considering the parakeet's words. Chad thought that it was the fear of being left alone on the street, Chad carefully placed the cage on top of a nearby wall.
"You'll be safer up here," he said, before turning and running towards the sound of the commotion.
"Wait!" Yūichi called after him.
"You can't even see them! How will you fight?"
But Chad was already gone.
Meanwhile, Rukia faced off against the hollow, her body tense and ready for action despite her limited powers.
"You know," the hollow said with a dark tone, "I've already devoured two Shinigami who tried to perform Konsō on that child. They were absolutely delicious."
Rukia's eyes narrowed. "You mean the soul inside the parakeet?"
"That's right!" The hollow said.
"Why are you so obsessed with that child?" Rukia demanded, her voice sharp. "What's your purpose in pursuing him so relentlessly?"
The Hollow laughed, its noise like a nail on a chalkboard.
"Oh, I'll tell you everything," The hollow said. "But only if you let me devour your soul. How about it, little Shinigami? Deal?"

Back in Hueco Mundo, Kiyota was startled awake by Siri's notification.
"Quest completed. Reward: 100 SP and new skill 'Bestow' acquired."
Kiyota blinked, still groggy from sleep. 'A new skill? Show me the description, Siri.'
A holographic screen appeared before him:

Skill: Bestow
Description: Allows the user to temporarily grant any and all of their skills to a maximum of 6 people for 2 hours. Additionally, enables the transfer of reiatsu to other individuals.

Kiyota's eyes widened as he read the description. 'This... this could be incredibly useful,' he thought, his mind racing with possibilities.
'When I form my own fracción or group, I could share my skills with them. It would boost them and make them exponentially stronger.' He thought to himself as, a small smile formed on his face.
After a while of thinking, his faced turned serious. The second part of the skill description caught his attention.
'Transferring reiatsu? That's interesting... Siri, if I transfer my reiatsu to someone else, do I lose it permanently?' Kiyota asked.
"Negative, The transferred reiatsu will restore itself within a timeframe depending on the amount given. Recipients permanently receive the reiatsu, and if they use it, it will restore normally for them as well." Siri replied.
'That's so broken.' Kiyota thought to himself as he tried to chuckle, but only a roar came out.
'I wonder... Siri, is it possible for me to transfer reiatsu to someone in the World of the Living from here?'
"Affirmative. The Bestow skill is not limited by dimensional boundaries."
Kiyota's heart raced with excitement.
After a moment of consideration, Kiyota made his decision. 'Alright, I'm going to send 2,000 reiatsu to Rukia. Let's see what happens.'
"Initiating transfer," Siri confirmed. "2,000 reiatsu will be sent to Rukia Kuchiki in the World of the Living."
As the transfer began, Kiyota felt a slight drain on his energy.
'Ichigo doesn't need any right now. He's already got so much. He just needs to learn how to control it.'

Back to Rukia who was still dodging blows from the hollow. She suddenly felt a surge of energy and her heart became warm, filling her with energy.
'What's this...? I feel so... warm.' Rukia thought to herself.
The hollow paused, sensing something had changed. "What's this? Your spiritual pressure has increased."
"You think so?" Rukia asked, stunned.
The hollow shrugged. "Beats me. But now you're a tastier snack."
It launched itself towards her, its mouth open wide. Chad was running towards where Rukia was standing, seemingly alone.
'Where's the monster?' he thought, his eyes darting around.
Chad's eyes fell upon a spot in front of Rukia as he was running. Suddenly, Chad stopped running, looking at Rukia lunge forward. Rukia started to fight the hollow now with more strength. She was dodging all the attacks.
'So... Strong...' Chad thought to himself.
'This isn't normal,' Rukia thought, stunned by the power coursing through her. 'There's no way this is a result of the hollow's attack. This must be some kind of outside influence. But how? And why? What's going on? Maybe my soul reapers decided to come rushing back.'
She gritted her teeth, refocusing on the battle at hand. 'I can't let my guard down. I have to end this quickly and find Chad.'
Rukia used a powerful fire-based kido to blast a hole in the hollow. The hollow roared in pain as it fell down and disintegrated into black particles. Rukia breathed a sigh of relief.
Rukia looked up, seeing a tall figure with a familiar face. "Chad?"
He was staring at her.
"I'm surprised you were able to defeat the monster," Chad said with his usual bland tone.
"You can't see spiritual beings, can you?"
"I can't, but I sensed a sudden change in you." Chad admitted.
"You... sensed me?" Rukia's eyes widened. "How did you do that?"
"It's hard to explain." Chad replied as he started walking away.
"Wait, where are you going?" Rukia said, looking at Chad.
"I left Yūichi all alone." Chad said, not stopping.
After Chad left, Rukia was also about to leave to find Ichigo, but Ichigo found her first. Ichigo ran up to her, hurriedly.
"Hey what happened? Where is Chad and the Bird?" Ichigo said.
"There was a hollow. It attacked me." Rukia responded.
"You fought a hollow, and you're fine?"
"Well yeah, I had to save the kid's soul," Rukia responded, feeling a bit insulted.
"Yeah, I know." Ichigo said, looking down.
"So what happened, then? Was it really strong?"
"Yeah, it was a tough opponent, but I managed to defeat it." Rukia said flatly.
"Wait, did you say you defeated it?" Ichigo questioned.
"Yes." Rukia said, now in a angry tone.
"On your own?" Ichigo said incredulously.
"Yes..." Rukia replied angrily.
"Without me?"
"..."
"I can't believe it!" Ichigo said, scratching the back of his head.
