" You better have a fucking good reason why you followed me down here." I said in a low tone to Vanessa.

" Chill out, I'm not following you. I have business here." She said taking a sip from the glass of scotch in her hand.

"Business? So what are you doing at my parents house?"

" Well it's been long I saw you and your parents are really lovely people. So I just decided to drop by." She said with a smirk.

" I don't want to see you near me or my family, keep your distance." I said before walking away.

Sleeping was harder as I kept replaying my meeting with Miss Cruz. She is quite mysterious and intriguing.

" A merger? How bad could that be?." I asked to myself. I get to help her company and she also gets to help me. Those were the thought that filled my mind before I was welcomed by sleep.
