"I've come to ask for your allegiance." Christopher said in a concise tone.

Sinestra stared at him calmly and showed no signs of anger or irritation at his statement. Instead, he sighed and placed his teacup down.

"May I see your face boy?" He asked and Christopher hesitated slightly before slowly removing his mask.

He placed it down and stared at Sinestra with his real face.

"A handsome lad indeed." Sinestra said with a bit of a wistful smile, then he was silent for a moment before saying.

"You aren't of this world aren't you?" Hearing this, Christopher's heart trembled.

'How did he-?!' Before his thoughts could spiral, Sinestra said calmly.

"Worry not, I don't have bad intentions. Then again, even if I did, I doubt I would be able to harm you seriously." He said and Christopher relaxed slightly, but only slightly.

"How can you be so sure?" Christopher asked and Sinestra chuckled.
