章節 28: A broken heart

Zuri was led into the room where the fat man was waiting for her with a leering grin. 

"Naughty girl, want to play around first? Hmm... I like that. Makes it more exciting," he said as he motioned for his men to bind Zuri's hands with the cuffs provided. 

Zuri remained silent as she searched for a way to escape. Even though it was impossible. Her tears welled up, but she didn't want to cry out loud. That would make her look weak.

"Before you do anything, can you tell me one thing? Does this have something to do with Simon?" she asked, trying to confirm her suspicions. 

The man smirked. 

"The up-and-coming model? Hmm... he's always bringing me nice things I've ordered from his boss," the man sneered as he looked lustfully at Zuri's body. 

The words rocked Zuri's world, but she didn't want to believe them until she heard them directly from Simon. Call her naive, but Zuri still held on to the belief that this was all Liam's plan.
