章節 104: For the First Time, She Rejected Lana's Request

"Hell, Boss Lana, you're so heartless! How could you say that to me in the middle of the night?" Abigail pretended to be annoyed. "Ugh! Congratulations, Boss, you have definitely succeeded in making me want to meet my man. I want to cuddle with him now..."

Abigail paused when she heard Lana scolding herself from the other end of the line.

"Oops! Sorry, girl. I didn't mean to forget that you're still single. I was just too upset with Kian..." Lana took a deep breath, and eventually, her light laughter could be heard, enough for Abigail to sense how happy she was.

Abigail smiled, pinching her eyebrows. Hearing how happy and passionate Lana was made her suddenly want to meet Sawyer.

She wanted to correct Lana that she was no longer single and tell her about Sawyer, but somehow she hesitated. 

They might talk about it until morning if she mentioned it now, right!?
