章節 12: Chapter 12 Yiyi is mine, you can't like him
Sheng Chuyi, the little buddy, didn't like going to kindergarten at all because the kids there were so noisy.
Every day, a lot of little girls surrounded him and asked questions.
"Sheng Chuyi, can I read books with you?"
"No!" He liked to read books alone.

"No!" He just wanted to play by himself.

They were too noisy, and he didn't want to be friends with them at all.

Sheng Chuyi frowned, about to refuse, when suddenly a super loud voice rose from beside him, "No, it's not okay, you can't, Yiyi is mine, you all can't like him."
Shen Zhaozhao, who was playing with building blocks, suddenly sprang up from her seat and, like a mother hen protecting her chicks, stretched out her arms to stand between the little girl who had just spoken and Sheng Chuyi.
Aunt Suxin said that if she became Yiyi's little wife, she could call her Mom.
If Yiyi found another buddy to be his little wife, she wouldn't be able to be Aunt Suxin's child anymore.
That couldn't happen, it was not allowed.
The little girl, interrupted, glared at her and said angrily, "That's not true, Sheng Chuyi is everyone's!"
"Exactly, why can't we play with him?"
"We don't want to listen to you, we still want to like him."
"Right, we don't want you to control us."

A group of little girls looked at Shen Zhaozhao unconvinced, and while speaking, they angrily reached out to push her.
Shen Zhaozhao, the little buddy, was pushed back and forth and, in a moment of panic, said loudly, "I, I am his little wife, and I say you can't."
"What's a little wife?"
"What is a little wife?"
"..."
The buddies stopped their actions and looked at her with bewildered eyes, one by one.
Shen Zhaozhao didn't know what a little wife was either.
But Aunt Suxin had said that being Yiyi's little wife meant she could live at Aunt Suxin's house every day, eat the food Aunt Suxin cooked, play with Yiyi's toys whenever she wanted, sleep in Yiyi's bed, and call Aunt Suxin Mom.
Shen Zhaozhao decided then that she would be Yiyi's little wife and no one else could compete with her.
The little girl stood with hands on hips, raised her chin and said loudly, "A little wife means he can only play with me, you all go find someone else to play with!"
"You're lying, that's not it."
"We don't believe you."
"Right, we're going to play with him."
"..."
The little buddies didn't believe Shen Zhaozhao's words.
Shen Zhaozhao turned her head to look at Sheng Chuyi, "Yiyi, do you want to play with them?"
Sheng Chuyi: "No!"
They were all so noisy, like a bunch of ducks; he didn't want to play with the ducks.
Shen Zhaozhao turned her head back, looking at the group of little girls with triumph, like a victorious little rooster, strutting proudly, "You all heard him, he said he doesn't want to play with you."
One little girl, with tears welling up, burst into tears with a "wah," and like something contagious, one after another followed suit, and the classroom quickly turned into a chorus of cries.
When the teacher arrived and figured out what happened, she could hardly hold back laughter and tears.
Teacher Taozi, forever single, said she felt like crying too, having lived for more than twenty years without a partner, yet here were two three-year-old toddlers doing better than her.
After that, everyone in the kindergarten knew there was a particularly good-looking little buddy named Sheng Chuyi.
He also had a little wife named Shen Zhaozhao.
Sheng Chuyi only played with Shen Zhaozhao.
It wasn't until they started elementary school that Shen Zhaozhao slowly understood the meaning of a little wife and finally stopped claiming to be Sheng Chuyi's little wife.
