Before taking action, All Might had warned that this time their enemy was his old rival, strong enough that even he might not win... So, he asked the heroes to prioritize evacuating the citizens if a battle broke out.
From the current situation, it seems All Might was right... Kamui Woods, observing the battle from a distance, could feel the shockwaves of the fight. They were too powerful to approach.
The police immediately began guiding citizens to evacuate, and the heroes rescued those still in danger from the battle's reach. But suddenly, an unexpected event occurred!

Floating in the air, All for One looked down at the shocked All Might and slowly raised his index finger:
"Why not trade Midoriya Izuku? This boy, who admires you so much, will surely listen to you, right?"
