"A memory worth remembering,
Is a memory in gold.
The moment in time,
That stayed on forever.
While we aged,
And changed forever.
Be it the cold winters,
Or the warm sunshine,
Good or bad memories of mine.
Memory is what brings melody to soul,
Like that kid in a candy store.
Like the time spent on,
Close circle of friends,
When gifting Eid cards were a trend,
Memories of days long gone,
But the fragrance of adolescence,
Forever on.
The days when the wooden benches,
Became blank canvasses,
And the brick walls became artwork .
Those are the memories,
That made the heart full of perkiness.
When going late at classes were fun,
And tension was few or nun.
Those were the days,
the memories of gold,
A melodious song that forever be told,
All but the memory stays ,
Just the body is said to rest.
