Each flap of its wings stirred up clouds of dust and smoke, obscuring the battlefield and making it harder to see the advancing Titan. It was clear that this creature was no mere distraction, Zoroaskar had unleashed it to finish them off before the Titan arrived.

George stood his ground with Lucy, Jackie, and the remaining soldiers as Althea's protective magic swirled around them. The aura of light was holding, for now, but George knew that it was only a matter of time before Zoroaskar made his move. They had to act quickly.

"Raven's going after that thing alone," Jackie muttered, her rifle still trained on the creature as it circled overhead. "She's going to get herself killed."
