章節 16: Chapter 16; Thank you, Momma.
"Huo Qi, come over and dump this garbage over there as I can see the garbage lorry! You all don't need to go outside, remember what we agreed upon." He called Huo Qi over who immediately rushed over and took the handle away from Tang Fei.
She wasn't done with this woman, but she heavily let go, her mouth full of vinegar while her lips pouted.
"Okay." she held the kids' hands strolling back into the mansion. With this guy's presence, she couldn't do anything.
"Mommy, where's that woman that you went out into the garden with?" Huo Fenghao was curious as she hadn't seen her after they went over to the garden.
"Oohh? That? She went home before I moved the garbage bin; since you were busy crying, you might have missed her passing by and going back home; what do you want to eat? I feel I can make something edible!" She ruffled their soft hair messing around with it before heading over to the kitchen.
"Anything momma..." Huo Zhihao has never tasted his mother's food thus, he could eat anything that was edible. And then, the kids have never been picky, they don't eat what they are allergic to.
"Me too momma, just anything that's edible so long as it's you who cooked it!" The other two echoed together in unison as they got over to the kitchen.
She picked them up and placed them on the countertop stools facing her to the kitchen before heading over to the walk-in fridge.
She picked up some fresh vegetables and brought them over to the countertop, "you can assist me in picking those vegetables up!" After giving them some wild vegetables to prepare, she went back into the fridge and got some beef and fresh noodles. This was the easiest and fastest meal to whip for themselves. It didn't require much procedure or time.
She turned the induction on and began frying the beef cubes while adding some spices and all the ingredients to sweeten it.
She turned around and noticed the kids were staring at the little basket containing the vegetables and immediately understood they might not have any knowledge when it came to the kitchen chores as the maids did everything and probably their father didn't allow them to get inside the kitchen.
They were afraid to say they didn't know what to do with the vegetables as it was something new to them. And if they spoke up, their mother would hate them for being useless and they couldn't help her.
"Sigh! When you don't know something, just ask, no one is born knowing! This is how you pluck these wild vegetables and remove these flowering things!" She picked up a sprout and showed them how it was supposed to be done, and following her guidance, they learned what was expected of them to do.
"Thank you, momma... You can watch over that!" They nudged her away after they learned what they needed to do.
She went back to preparing other dishes, "Are you allergic to anything? I don't want to mistakenly poison you three, your father won't pardon me!" She was very clear when it came to that man's heart, but at the same time, she couldn't blame him; she had been the one at fault all these years.
"No, Momma, we are just allergic to mango, and that's Huo Zhihao who is allergic to the mangoes, I'm allergic to mango, shrimp, and prawns just like Daddy and Huo Fenghao isn't allergic to anything else!" Huo Minghao politely responded explaining to her what they could have and what not so that nothing happens to them!
The kids had facial features that resembled their father, and Huo Zhihao was his mother's duplicate; the only person who seemed to be different was Huo Fenghao; she didn't resemble Huo Ting Cheng, and neither did she resemble Tang Fei.
Tang Fei thought there had always been a possibility of that occurring, so she didn't think much about it!
"Okay, I will make sure I remember that!" She became busy with her cooking while the kids got busy with preparing the vegetables. Huo Ting Cheng, who has been watching from the sidelines, walked away, seeing they were okay and getting along well.

章節 17: Chapter 17; All right
He actually didn't expect that Tang Fei would change, she was very patient with them.

"Sixth Master Huo, do we need to alert her parents?" Huo Qi was surprised by Tang Fei's actions, if Tang Shi Shi doesn't get over to the hospital soon enough, she would have to get her legs and arms amputated due to bacterial infection.
"Just notify them to find her at the garbage site!" He strode back to the study room. The damage that girl received was enough to traumatize her forever, and the good thing was that she came over in a taxi so they could deny that they hadn't seen her.
"All right..." They went back to the study room as Huo Qi called the Tang family and notified them of where they could find their daughter.
Being in a better-relaxed mood, he began working on the paperwork that was on the table, the files that had been thrown onto the floor were swept and dumped into a dustbin, and the project initiators would have to come up with another proposal, he was just an investor, he could invest or not, it all depended with his mood.

Sooner, Tang Fei was done preparing food; she didn't cook much, so she served it over to the plates and placed them on a tray before strolling over to the study room. The door was closed, and she could only use her feet to knock as her hands were occupied.
Huo Qi got up and opened the door, surprised to see it was Tang Fei, "Yes, Missus..." He gazed at the food on the tray; it did look delicious, but at the same time, he worried if she had drugged the food.
"Here, you can have that!" She dumped the tray onto his arms before returning to the kitchen, served more food onto their plates, and settled down at the countertop stools to eat.

"Do you think she drugged this food?" Secretary Li wasn't gonna believe she had turned a new leaf! What if she was doing this by taking a step back before giving them a final blow?
"It's okay, you actually don't have to eat! Bring that tray over here!" Even if his kids lied to him, they couldn't watch their mother poison him, they would have notified him.
Huo Qi placed the tray on the desk, Huo Ting Cheng picked up one plate and began eating! The noodles were delicious combined with the beef cubes and vegetables.
Seeing how he was busy eating and enjoying the meal, they hurriedly picked up the other plates and began eating before Huo Ting Cheng was done with his share as he would have picked up another plate to continue eating.

After they were done eating, they cleaned their hands leaving the dirty dishes inside the sink for the servants to take care of it.
Now, she didn't know what else to do, maybe sleeping, but with the kids, it was impossible to have a peaceful sleep without disturbances!
"Have you done your homework? Are your uniforms ready?" She inquired while getting them down from the stools and strolled into the sitting area.
"Yeah, we did our homework; our uniforms are ready and cleaned up; you don't have to worry!" They merrily responded, seeing she was taking an interest in their lives; they hoped she would continue like this!
"Oh! I think we don't have anything else to do then apart from loitering inside the house!" She slightly felt frustrated; being locked up in the mansion was really boring for someone like her, but again, she felt peaceful; she didn't need to do anything to earn money. She didn't have to work hard, she just needed to live and be there as their Mother, nothing else.
"Mommy, let's watch a movie! We do have a huge home theater room on the top floor, we can do that! We haven't watched a movie with you!" Huo Zhihao immediately suggested, this room was created for them but they rarely went there.
"Okay then..." They held her hand and dragged her over to the elevator. They pressed the button, and the doors clicked open; they got inside before the door closed and took them over to the fifth floor, where the home theater room was positioned.
