"Alright, we're here. This is the place," Summer Rain said, stopping in front of a villa just as Thunder Summer had finished asking his question.
"We're here? Summer, whose house is this?" Thunder Summer was a bit stunned. He looked up at the villa before him and then at Summer Rain with a puzzled expression.
"Give me the bag first!" Summer Rain smiled but didn't answer directly. Instead, he took the bag from Thunder Summer's hand, opened it, and took out a key. While Thunder Summer and Army Summer were still in a daze, he inserted the key into the lock.

A metallic sound echoed as Summer Rain unlocked the door.
Pushing the door open, a spacious hall, similar to that in Summer Rain's house but with different decor, was revealed.
"Here, hold this! Come in and see if you're satisfied," Summer Rain handed the key to Thunder Summer, who was still in shock, and then walked in first.
"Summer, what's going on? Why are you giving me the key?" Thunder Summer had a guess in his heart but couldn't believe it. His voice trembled as he looked at Summer Rain.
"Summer, this...?" Army Summer was also in disbelief and asked in astonishment.
"Come in and have a seat. We'll talk in a bit," Summer Rain smiled as he gestured for them to come in and sit on the sofa.
Neither Army Summer nor Thunder Summer said anything; they quietly sat on the sofa. Thunder Summer held the key in his outstretched hand, too scared to close his fingers around it.
"Thunder, take out the papers from the bag and have a look," Summer Rain said to Thunder Summer.
"Oh, okay!" Thunder Summer replied hastily, fumbling to open the file bag and take out a stack of papers.
"Take a look," Summer Rain said, leaning back on the sofa with a smile full of anticipation.
"A 'Purchase Agreement'? One million? Property deed?" Thunder Summer flipped through the papers in his hand. When he saw these titles and the amount, his heart skipped a beat. And when he saw the name written on the documents, he couldn't stay calm any longer. It was his own name—Thunder Summer!
Seeing this, not only was Thunder Summer shocked, but Army Summer was also stunned, staring at the smiling but silent Summer Rain.
"Summer, did you buy this for me?" Due to the overwhelming surprise and shock, Thunder Summer's voice trembled, finding it hard to believe that a million-dollar house was under his name. How could he stay calm?
"Yes, it's for you. How do you like it?" Summer Rain's face lit up with a happy smile.
"This is too much, Summer. I can't accept it!" Thunder Summer's eyes reddened. A strong sense of gratitude and surprise welled up inside him, but he resolutely put the papers down and refused.
"If you consider me a brother, then you must accept it. Besides, your name is already on the deed; it can't be changed now!"
"And this house isn't just for you; it's for your mother to live in. Can you bear to let her stay in the fishing village any longer?"
Summer Rain's face turned serious, his eyebrows furrowed, and he looked Thunder Summer straight in the eye.
"I..." Thunder Summer was at a loss for words, filled with guilt as he thought of his mother. But with Summer Rain putting it this way, it was hard to refuse. Still, it was a million-dollar house. Even though Summer Rain was now worth over a hundred million and didn't lack the money, Thunder Summer couldn't get past this in his heart.
"Thunder, you're like a brother to me. Just accept it. You're going to make a life for yourself, and while I might not be able to help you much, at least I can ease your worries. Besides, my parents aren't comfortable living here. Your mom can keep them company, too!"
Summer Rain's tone softened as he tried to persuade Thunder Summer.
As Summer Rain had said, buying a house for Thunder Summer and Army Summer was partly to help them settle down and ease their worries. At least here in Kowloon Tong, security was tighter, and with the houses being close to Summer Rain's, safety wasn't an issue.
Another reason was to give his parents some company. Although Summer Rain had been busy lately, he had noticed that his parents seemed lonely. They lacked the cultural background to connect with their neighbors and often found themselves bored. This arrangement solved that problem, and it also meant Summer Rain could see Army Summer and Thunder Summer more often.
The third and most important reason was that Thunder Summer had saved his life by taking a bullet for him. If it weren't for Thunder Summer, Summer Rain might have been dead by now. Even though Summer Rain had avenged himself, he never forgot the debt he owed Thunder Summer. The best way he could repay him was by helping him settle down with a house.
Could this house ever be worth more than his life?
And now, with his net worth in the hundreds of millions, spending a little money to buy houses for Thunder Summer and Army Summer didn't affect him at all. How could he be stingy about it?

Summer Rain continued to persuade Thunder Summer, his expression very serious.

"Come on, Thunder, let's go check out Army's house. It's right next door!"
Summer Rain stood up and said.
"Summer, this..." Army Summer looked down at the file bag in his hands, his face conflicted.
"Army, if we're brothers, don't say anything more. Take it like Thunder did. Or do you not want to be neighbors with Thunder and me?" Summer Rain patted Army Summer's shoulder, speaking earnestly.
"I'll take it!" Army Summer pursed his lips, nodded firmly, and didn't bother with unnecessary thanks.
But deep down, he was filled with gratitude towards Summer Rain and vowed to do everything he could to support him in the future, even if it meant doing the little things to help.
"Let's go, have a look!" Summer Rain said, leading Army Summer and Thunder Summer outside again. They soon arrived at the neighboring villa and opened the door to step inside.
Once inside, Army Summer couldn't help but look around, unable to hide the smile on his face.
The villas Summer Rain bought for Army Summer and Thunder Summer were the same size as his own, 240 square meters, and each cost one million.
Seeing the genuine smiles on Army Summer's and Thunder Summer's faces, Summer Rain smiled quietly.

After Army Summer and Thunder Summer had finally adjusted to the situation, it was getting late. To avoid worrying their families, Summer Rain asked Yanshi Ning to drive them home.
Even though the houses were fully furnished and ready to move into, they still needed to explain the situation to their families.
The car pulled up to Army Summer's house, and Summer Rain said to Army Summer, who was about to get out, "Army, it's late, so I won't go in. Explain everything to Uncle and Auntie. Tomorrow, I'll arrange for the moving company to come in the morning."
"Alright, Summer. Sorry for the trouble!" Army Summer nodded in agreement.
"Thunder, Summer, see you tomorrow!" Army Summer said as he got out of the car.
Next, Summer Rain drove Thunder Summer home and gave him the same instructions.

The next day, Summer Rain sent the moving company to the fishing village to help Army Summer and Thunder Summer move. After a busy morning, the job was finally done.
Summer Da Hai and Chen Mei were overjoyed to see Army Summer's and Thunder Summer's parents. It seemed they had endless things to talk about as they chatted non-stop.
Army Summer's and Thunder Summer's families knew that Summer Rain had bought the houses for them and were very grateful to Summer Da Hai and Chen Mei.
Summer Rain had told his parents about buying the houses last night. Knowing their son had money, they didn't interfere. Although Chen Mei felt a bit distressed, she didn't show it.
