Fu Hongyi's eyes shifted.

"Father, do you know who I encountered at HD Group?" Fu Hongyi intentionally teased, withholding information.

"Who?" Old Master Fu's brows furrowed slightly.

"Fu Hanchuan," Fu Hongyi replied.

Old Master Fu's expression tightened even more. "What is he doing at HD Group?"

Fu Hongyi's face darkened. "He's a manager, and it appears that the president of HD Group holds him in high regard."

"Manager?" Old Master Fu's demeanor grew grave.

Previously, he had threatened Fu Hanchuan to return to the Fu family business. When Fu Hanchuan had refused, he had driven him out of the family home. He had been waiting for Fu Hanchuan to struggle without the support of the Fu family and eventually return, but he never anticipated that Fu Hanchuan would become a manager at HD Group.
