I loved the idea of a system that makes you suffer to grow but all the characters don't make sense. It might be a culture thing but the amount of people at a school who don't know why an ambulance has shown up five times in a month are wild. No one trys to stop the "weak" MC from challenging everyone or just getting into a shouting match with people and almost dying. Worse of all the main character with two lives of experience is just unlikeable. No one chats or talks in this story it's just words of the MC getting sick, getting saved, or people glazing him. No character growth at all heck the MC almost gets kidnapped at one point after being filmed living through sure kills, like is noone watching him.

Fun story about a college student who will end up getting horribly injured repeatedly. It might sound macabre, but each time he's able to overcome the injury/sickness, whatever part or organ that was damaged becomes much stronger. It's quite humorus and I really like the cover art.

for a book about an mc that'll end up getting every disease under the sun author really decided that he wouldn't need to do more than spend 30 seconds on Google. there's a complete lack of understanding as to pathogenesis, disease progression and symptoms or treatment which as such a big part of the story is quite a big issue. the sociopathic tendencies everyone displays at the supposedly dying mc dont exactly help either. translation seems good for what it's worth
