章節 65: Ch 66: Nowhere to run

"Julie, run! That man is after you! You will die if you get caught."

Nisha yelled as she blocked Julie's body with her own to give her enough time to run. She knew that the vampire would not attack her because of the treaty.

Or that was what she hoped to happen.

But Nick showed that he cared nothing for the treaty as he threw Nisha away like a rag doll before he held Julie by her hair and exposed her neck.

"I don't want to taste dirty blood like yours, but this is one of the most painful ways for a werewolf to die, right? I am vengeful, so I will make this as painful for you as possible.

Now, say goodbye."

Those sharp fangs tore Julie's throat apart. 

Her body tried to heal the damage done to it, but the vampire venom in her veins stopped her from being able to recover.

It was a constant fight in her body to heal and not to heal. She was dying slowly, and Nick quickly let her go.
