章節 2: Kumogakure and A.
Amidst the howling winds over one of the peaks of the Hidden Cloud village, A solitary figure stood practicing his wearing his lightning cloak jutsu practicing his taijutsu.
It was A, 4th Raikage, and the leader of the village hidden in the clouds.
"Uwaaa. Uwaaa." The sudden cry of an infant disturbed his concentration prompting him to look around.
At the edge of this very peak was a baby lying wrapped tightly in two towels. A dispersed his lightning cloak and lifted the baby.
"Who left you here?" A murmured, he could feel the warmth and fragility of the child, and a protective instinct surged in his heart.
Baby quieted down as soon as he was lifted and looked at the spiky, white hair, and a small mustache and a beard curiously.
"What do we have here," A saw a paper hidden in the towel.
A/N: Shall we create a shinobi village called: Village hidden in the towels?
Taking out the note he went through its contents. The letter listed the origin of the child.
The child was kidnapped from Konoha because of the Byakugan by a hidden cloud ANBU ninja who left the baby here for A to make further decisions.
Baby did not have a Hyuga suppression seal so it was either a newborn or a member of the main branch of the Hyuga. But that didn't matter to A, he wanted a Byakugan user of his own and was strong enough to defend anyway.
At that moment, A decided to adopt this child as his own.
~~ 3 Years Later ~~
Aki Raiden a 3-year-old boy with bright white hair, a bit different from the usual Hyuga or Raiden clan, stood in the middle of the training ground.
Today was the day they would awaken his chakra and test his affinities.
For Brian these 3 years were really blessed, 4th Raikage treated him as his own child, probably better than most parents as he lost his wife early in his life and never had children before.
Even though he had memories of his past life Brian was now Aki Raiden a ninja of Komugakure and son of the 4th Raikage.
A village that never had rogue ninjas or even if there were the rogues were promptly dealt with who knows? It was a military-based village where individuals might rule above all.
Couldn't say Aki wasn't worried about his universal affinity to reveal or the enormous chakra he would awaken today, but he was in Kumogakure and the son of Raikage.
A approached him, his imposing figure casting a large shadow over his figure.
"Are you ready Aki?"
"YES, Dad I'm ready" Aki was waiting for this moment since birth. Not wrong to say he was born ready.
Before A could respond, a familiar voice rang from the side along with a rhythmic beat only one person could conjure.
"Yo, yo, yo, what's up little bro?
It's time to show what you got, let chakra flow"
Killer B, the 4th Raikage's younger brother, and Kumogakure's most eccentric ninja, strode into view, his eight swords strapped to his back and his ever-present swagger in his step. He grinned widely, flashing a thumbs-up at Aki.
"Bee," A acknowledged his brother with a nod, a rare smile tugging at the corner of his mouth. "You're just in time."
"Ain't no better time than now, bro," Killer B replied, breaking into another verse as he crouched down to Aki's level.
"Little Aki's got the spark, gonna light up the dark,
With lightning in his veins, gonna leave a mark!
Water's in his soul, gonna make it whole,
Raikage's son, gonna reach that goal!"
Aki smiled some of his nervousness and worries faded away. In such a chill family there were no worries.
"Uncle," Aki called out excitedly but remained firm in his position.
A handed a scroll to Aki, "Read it carefully Aki, once you have read and memorized the instructions. Close your eyes and follow the instructions written on the scroll. Father will help you during the process, so don't worry about anything."
Aki closed his eyes and A released a small amount of chakra into his chakra pathways.
"Aki use this surge of chakra to direct your chakra from your navel region and complete the pathway cycle."
Aki followed A's instructions and manipulated the chakra according to the pathway on the scroll.
A violent reaction occurred as soon as A's chakra met with the dormant chakra in Aki's body. It roared and began to flow through his chakra veins.
BOOOOOOOM…
A and B both got flung away by the sudden chakra storm from Aki's body. A huge storm of chakra visible to the naked eye gathered around Aki creating a huge crater in the middle of the arena.
The ANBU were alerted as they came out of their hiding and looked at the massive chakra storm surrounding Aki.
Inside the storm, Aki silently cycled chakra along the pathway recorded on the scroll. Popping and crackling sounds were heard as his chakra destroyed all obstruction blocking its flow.
The potent chakra cleared all obstruction as it continued to repeat the cycles. After around 100 cycles violent storm of chakra began to calm down as a soothing feeling filled his body.
"This chakra… it's like a tailed beasts'." A felt incredulous and B was too stunned to rap.
But as enduring the entire process was too draining for the little boy, he fainted.
"AKI" A shouted and with maximum speed reached the boy, Bee followed closely.
"A, he's fine," B reassured, kneeling beside the boy as he checked his pulse. "Kid pushed himself too hard, yo."
ANBU, sensing the situation had calmed retreated to the shadows.
Just then a figure appeared through dust and debris. It was C, the medical ninja always by A's side.
"Raikage-sama, what happened here?" C asked his eyes scanning the scene before focusing on Aki. He moved and started examining the boy.
"He awakened his chakra," A explained tersely, "It caused a massive chakra storm. He's drained and needs treatment"
C nodded and immediately began his work. "Understood. I'll stabilize him."
After a brief checkup, C looked and offered a reassuring nod, "He's just fainted some rest will fix him up, kids totally fine."
A picked up Aki and disappeared with Aki back home and laid him on the bed to rest.
Killer B left right after rapping "Aki's great, yo."
C called in other Kumo ninjas and cleaned up the scene.
~ The next morning ~
Aki woke up the next morning feeling great he stretched his arms.
"Oh yeah, I awakened chakra… let's try"
Aki excitedly directed his massive chakra towards his eyes and shouted "BYAKUGAN"
At this shout, Aki's eyes started to change. His sclera turned white, and veins popped around his eyes. His vision sharpened allowing him to see through objects and observe chakra pathways around him.
Aki found himself lost in this vision it was better than an X-ray from his previous life he could see the chakra pathways of everyone around the village as his vision expanded to engulf the entire village.
Aki frowned… Kaguya's Byakugan could cover the globe why is he only at the village level? Does he have less chakra? Or because his body is that of a child he is limited?
'I have to check the chakra pulse on someone too'
But that was a dangerous ability what if its intensity was as much as Kaguya's that would be a disaster for normal villagers.
Kaguya could turn people into a puddle of blood with her byakugan with this ability mind you.
He will get experiment on this with A the 4th Raikage. After all, A has very high endurance, he might even brush it off easily.
There was one thing about Byakugan that always bugged him during his time in his previous life.
'Byakugan can see chakra much more clearly than a Sharringan. Why don't Hyuga members copy jutsu?'
Aki has put this on his experiment list. Detecting an incoming chakra he dispelled Byakugan.
"Aki are you alright" A entered the room at this moment and looked up at Aki.
"Yes, father." A released the breath he did not realize he was holding.
Sigh.
"Let's check your affinities then" A took out a paper from his pocket.
Aki sighed A was too straightforward, he had trouble understanding the guy in the start. Especially since the Naruto world he knows is riddled with schemes and politics.
'Kumogakure is the best village.' The daily dose of straightforwardness made Aki once again realize.
"Yay!" Aki grabbed the paper from A and poured his chakra into it as instructed.
Chakra paper disintegrated to nothingness not even a speck of dust remained.
A was stunned, and Aki was stunned too as he expected chakra paper to go crazy with all sorts of effects like fire, water, earth, lightning, wind, space, and all. But this, what in the world?
"Paper might have been faulty try again" A handed me another paper after a while.
Aki infused chakra again and the paper disintegrated once more.
"Dad, what is my chakra nature?" Aki asked with utter confusion
"I don't know," A answered with utter confusion and Aki facepalmed at A's words.
How incredulous, even 4th Raikage doesn't know what this chakra-paper reaction is.
'Kaguya-sama your all affinities are too cool'
Anyways, it's time to learn the Jutsus. I wonder what surprises Kumo has in store for me.
