章節 3: Chapter Three: Friendship
August 7th, 1956
Los Angles, Ca
Priscilla and I had a blast at school today. She talks a lot, but I guess that's not a bad thing. She was going on about all these crazy things—like how much she loves "dreamboat" boys. What an odd conversation. She gave me examples of the boys she considered "dreamboats," and I disagreed with every single one. Each time, she responded with, "Ehhhhh!? B-but, Victoriaaaaa!!!! He's such a hunk! How can you not like him!?" It was funny seeing her get so worked up over this.
"They all look like mooks. You have horrible taste, Priscilla...but I guess that's a given." She let out a dramatic gasp. "Huhhh!? How could you say that, Victoria!? That's so mean!!! ...Wait...what's that even supposed to mean!?"
I can't help but smile at her antics. I'm excited for tomorrow.
August 8th, 1956
Los angles, Ca
Today was another fun day. I learned something new about Priscilla. "Oh, Tori!", I gave her an odd look. Tori? "Tori?" I asked. "Its your nickname!!! Isn't it like, tots bitchin'!?" She was full of enthusiasm, and I smiled ever so slightly at it. "I guess..."
The conversation soon shifted. "Hey, Tori...do you like have any pets???" She asked me, with a bright expecting smile. "Mn...I have a cat. Her name is dolly." Priscilla instantly lit up and she grabbed my hands, "Really!? Oh! Oh! What does she look like!? Is she playful!? Sleepy!? Tell me, Tell me!!!" I was taken aback by her enthusiasm, once again. "Um...she's white...and fluffy...and she bites." Priscilla laughed at that last part.

It's already the end of August. Time has flown by surprisingly fast, and I've really enjoyed myself. Priscilla and I have become pretty good friends. Today, she invited me to Hollywood. "Hey, Tori? Have you been to Hollywood yet?" I shook my head. "No, I haven't. It's probably really crowded anyway."
Despite my lack of enthusiasm, her face lit up. "Oh em gee! I have GOT to take you!!! Let's go after exams, okay!? Okay!? We can go to this mondo bitchin' ice cream place there!!! Pleaseeeeee say yes!!!!" I pondered for a moment. "Alright. Let's go after exams then." Her face lit up, and she tackled me in a hug. "Thank youuuu!!!! Thank youuuuuu!!!!!!"
