"And you think anyone will believe that you did the work for Serena?" Krimson scoffed. “You think anyone will believe that a girl from such a prestigious family will cheat? Make others complete their homework? Their assignments?”

I felt at a loss for words as I looked at the man who was supposed to be my mate…my protector; the man who was supposed to love me without conditions.

Instead, it was a man filled with so much hate and arrogance…that I wanted to claw his eyes out. I wanted to rip his chest wide open, crack his ribcage like an egg-shell and tear out his beating heart…

The force of the violent images in my head confused me…scared me.

What was wrong with me? Since when was I this kind of a person? Filled with so much anger and malice? Yes, Krimson has always tested my patience…but that had never manifested itself in such a manner…
