A door opened and a man entered a hospital room where a woman was lying unconscious on a bed. Nearby was her sleeping son leaning against the bed. His hand continued to clasp his mother's hand, hoping she would open her eyes soon.

The Alpha man approached his Omega and slowly removed his hand from her. He lifted the blond man's body and laid him on the sofa.

"I know you're desperate for her to wake up, but you need to get plenty of rest," he said and set down the shopping bag of food he had bought earlier.

Axel, sat on the other couch and watched Daren sleep. The man slept soundly even though he knew that Daren was still thinking about many things in his head.

In all his years of working as an agent, Axel had only come across someone with a problem this complex. None of his clients had ever gone this far, even to the extent of eliminating a family to achieve their goals.
