章節 53: IN HELL

Caspian had been trekking for more than a couple of hours now. He had hoped that after the sunset, he would be able to rest up for the night. He was sorely mistaken.

The Event had been named the Nightless Curse. A part of him hoped the strange name was only poetic. Unfortunately, he was due for a big surprise.

"This damned place doesn't have nighttime!"

Cass was infuriated. How the hell was that even possible? He watched the damned glowing ball of light fall only for another one to rise on the other side of the horizon seconds later. 

The heat had reduced a bit but unfortunately, when noon returned the sun continued its relentless effort to drain him of every ounce of moisture he had left.

It wasn't even yet at its peak.
