Naia held her staff firmly. She couldn't believe she was actually doing this. Sure, the area had been cleared by V/O personnel. But there was something about it that was still a little terrifying. She felt the need to be on her guard, just in case.
Because Commander Orfea sending her planetside to a spot with a nice coastal atmosphere and what looked to be a cabana... just didn't track. Especially when the mission was tagged with eighteen hours of standby.
'It's probably a trap. Or I'm the bait in a trap. Maybe there are forces from the other side on this planet?'
The Navigator kept scanning the environment for anything that might pop out or look threatening. She was on edge and she wasn't entirely sure why.
"Navigator, at ease already. You're making me tired."
A communication's hologram appeared at the doorframe with a visible encryption tag. The image of the older woman in charge of operations looked at her strangely before shaking her head.
