"Hush, she's coming!"
Eula passed by them, and their expressions turned visibly uneasy.
Though Eula said nothing, her mood seemed somewhat downcast. This was reminiscent of the past, as if history were repeating itself.
"Eula, tomorrow you'll officially become the Vice-Captain of the Knights! Looking forward to working with you, ha ha..." Lin Feng caught up to her, offering a glass of juice with a smile.
"Thanks..." Eula managed a forced smile, appearing slightly distant.
"What's wrong? Are you hurt or feeling unwell?" Sensing something amiss, Lin Feng asked with concern.
"I'm fine..." Eula shook her head, not elaborating further.
"If there's anything bothering you, please tell me. We can face it together!" Lin Feng stepped in front of Eula, speaking earnestly.
"Let's go, have a drink!" Eula replied coldly, heading straight for Angel's Share tavern.

"Table's full for Lawrence Clan members!"
"This place isn't welcome to those from the Lawrence Clan, get lost!"
"Hmph, typical of the Lawrence Clan - cold-blooded and heartless, barely deserving to be called human!"
As Lin Feng entered the tavern, these voices echoed intermittently, revealing the reason behind the tension.
They found a corner table and sat down quietly, Eula not uttering a word. She felt utterly lost, seeking solace only in alcohol to forget her troubles.
Lin Feng didn't offer words of comfort either; he simply raised his glass in a toast with Eula, letting their unspoken understanding bridge the gap.
"Why? What have I done wrong?" After several drinks, Eula's face flushed slightly, her confusion evident as she asked plaintively, looking quite pitiful.
"You've done nothing wrong. Perhaps, neither have they!" Lin Feng replied, also feeling tipsy and somewhat bewildered.
"Haha... So that's what you think? I expected you to support me! Turns out, you're just like them!" Eula shook her head, gulping down more wine.
"I...of course support you, you're my wife. But their hatred towards the Lawrences shouldn't be projected onto you, the exceptional Spindrift Knight!" Lin Feng said, visibly upset, before taking large swigs of his drink.
"W-who... who's your wife? I'm descended from sinners; I can't be your wife..." Eula looked at Lin Feng, shaking her head softly.
"Even if you were... a Sinner yourself, it wouldn't matter to me. And since you're just a descendant, heh..." Lin Feng was already quite tipsy, seeing double—or perhaps triple—of Eula before him.
"Hmph, I'll remember this grudge!" Eula smiled and uttered with a slight scoff.
After what felt like hours of drinking, both were becoming disoriented. It was also time for the tavern to close.
Steadying each other, they staggered towards Mondstadt's outskirts.
"You're truly... useless, getting drunk so easily!" Eula teased Lin Feng with a laugh, despite being equally intoxicated herself.
"I can still drink more..." Lin Feng insisted stubbornly, his face flushed crimson.
"Mm-hmm... we'll continue drinking back home!" Eula declared as they leaned on each other, heading towards the snow-capped mountains.
Fortunately, they didn't encounter any monsters along the way, although their impaired state led to several stumbles!

"Here, this is...a special wine my father saved when I was born. He hoped I would open it on my...wedding day..." Eula's face was flushed red, her words slurred and heavy with alcohol.
"Alright...then let's save it for our...wedding and drink something else now," Lin Feng nodded, struggling to continue their conversation coherently.
"Hah...too bad he won't be here to taste it; you get to enjoy it instead!" Eula shook her head slightly, then unsteadily took a seat at the dining table.
With a crisp "pop," Eula removed the bottle cork. Instantly, a rich aroma of wine filled the room.
"Mm...it smells divine, but...not as intoxicating as you, hehe..." Lin Feng closed his eyes, inhaling deeply.
"You...stop talking nonsense! One more word, and I'll kick you out of my house!" Eula's cheeks were bright red as she slowly poured the wine into glasses.
"Enough talk, let's drink!" Lin Feng chuckled, shaking his head as he reached for the wineglass.
However, instead, he grabbed Eula's hand by mistake.
"You... What are you holding my hand for?" Eula looked at Lin Feng, utterly bewildered.
Hearing her question, Lin Feng quickly rubbed his eyes and corrected himself, "My bad, I misjudged - here it is!"
He released Eula's hand and finally grasped the nearby wineglass.
"Why don't you... hate me? I'm always so cold, nobody likes to interact with me..." Eula clinked her glass against Lin Feng's, her words slightly slurred as she opened up to him.
"Why would I... hate you? There isn't enough time to just appreciate you! Besides, even though you often..." Lin Feng mimicked Eula's tone, saying,
"Hmph, I'll remember this grudge! It's actually quite adorable; I love it... hehe..."
Lin Feng grinned playfully while speaking to Eula.
"Alright, you... must be another oddball!" Eula shook her head and took a large gulp of wine.

Eula spoke at length, and Lin Feng could sense her deep frustration from being ostracized by Mondstadt. Seeking to comfort her, he slurred, "Don't overthink it... Let them say what they will. Follow your own path, let others... talk as they please..." His words were heavily stuttered, indicating that alcohol had clearly affected his mind.
"Thank you..." Eula nodded silently, with a hint of a unique emotion flickering in her eyes as she gazed at Lin Feng.
"Haha... As I've said before, I'll keep striving... If I don't succeed, then take your revenge on me!" Lin Feng chuckled.
"In that case, since you've already... failed, it's time... for my revenge!" Eula looked at Lin Feng through hazy, drunken eyes, a smile playing at the corners of her mouth.
Lin Feng laughed, spreading his arms wide. "Come on, exact your revenge!"
Eula approached him, wrapped her arms around Lin Feng, and gently kissed him on the lips.
"Experience my revenge now!" With those words, she pushed Lin Feng onto the sofa.
Her eyes were dazed, revealing smooth, fair skin that seemed even more captivating under the moonlight.
Lin Feng opened his eyes, grinning mischievously. He initially thought this was just a dream, but swiftly sat up, pulling Eula down beside him on the couch.
Eula didn't resist, their eyes locking onto each other's.

Eula's eyebrows slightly furrowed as Lin Feng initiated their intimate encounter, treating it all like a dream and surrendering to his boundless desires.
