章節 9: 009-Constitution

Ariana listened from behind the throne, her heart sinking as she heard the truth: Zephorix was a Chimera Ant King.

"It's my fault," she whispered, horrified. "How could I have supported such a monster? My mother isn't a good person either, but he… he's pure evil. A king of the very species that killed millions of our kind... How could I—"

She bit her lip in frustration, her thoughts spiraling.

"Don't act like you're some kind of savior, Ant King!" Alzard shouted, his voice laced with anger. In one swift motion, Alzard bent down, placing both hands on the ground. A massive, ominous flower erupted from the earth, towering above the trees.

"Poison Bloom!" he declared.

As the petals unfurled, a thick, toxic mist poured out, spreading rapidly and poisoning everything in its path. Reacting quickly, Zephorix grabbed Ariana by the waist and leaped into the air, narrowly escaping the deadly cloud.

Ariana blushed deeply and protested, "Release me!" But then she realizes, her thoughts racing. *This mist isn't normal—it's poison. Why did he save me? I captured him, tried to sacrifice him, yet he saved me…*

Without a second thought, Zephorix shifted his focus to Alzard and the dead Sacred Tree.

"Void Slash!"

With a powerful swing, his blade sliced through the air, cleaving the dead Sacred Tree in half. Alzard leaped into the air just in time to avoid the attack.

"As expected from an Ant King," Alzard muttered. "These beings are monsters."

Zephorix landed gracefully, gently setting Ariana down.

"Ariana, don't worry. I'll free you," Zephorix said, determination in his voice.

In an instant, he leaped toward Alzard, moving so fast that Ariana stood stunned. Zephorix grabbed Alzard by the neck and slammed her into the ground.

As he attempted to strike her heart with his Void Cleaver, a massive root suddenly emerged from behind him.

Reacting quickly, Zephorix jumped and slashed the root into thousands of pieces. In the chaos, Alzard managed to escape his grasp.

"Green World!" Alzard commanded. She bent down gracefully, placing her hand on the earth.

The ground trembled in response to her will. In an instant, thousands of branches burst forth, twisting and spiraling upward as they wove together into towering trees.

The branches multiplied rapidly, filling the space between them until a vast, densely packed forest took shape.

The forest spread outward in all directions, a living force consuming the landscape, transforming the entire area into an immense, shadowed woodland under Alzard's control.

The branches moved toward Zephorix, but he sliced through them effortlessly.

"Void Slash!"

His powerful strike cut the dense forest in half, but it quickly regenerated. Suddenly, a large branch appeared behind Zephorix, slamming him into the ground.

"She created a dense forest and is hiding in it. I can't sense her, which is why I can't attack her," Zephorix muttered to himself. "I think I have no choice but to grant myself another authority."

"It's no use! You can't do anything. You're going to die today, Ant King! I control the entire forest—everything is under my command!" Alzard's voice echoed throughout the forest. Zephorix smirked.

"What's so funny? Have you gone mad with fear? I, the Elven Queen, possess a world skill that only a few in this entire world have. With this skill, I can control nature itself.

There's no way you can beat me!" Alzard declared.

"You think you're the only one born with a world skill?" Zephorix retorted.

"My skill, *Constitution*, is also a world skill."

"What?" Alzard gasped.

"The skill *Constitution* allows me to grant myself the authority to control and manipulate the laws of the universe," Zephorix explained.

"Just like in the current world, where a country's constitution can grant power and authority to presidents, kings, or emperors over many things, according to the country's laws."

"With my skill *Constitution*, I can grant myself the authority to control, manipulate, and create anything and everything in this universe. But to create an article in my Constitution, I need EP. Once I create an article, to create a second one, I need double the EP required for the first."

"There's no way such a skill exists!" Alzard exclaimed.

"You don't believe me? It's better if I demonstrate it to you," Zephorix said with a smirk.

["I grant myself the authority over death."]

**[Name: Zephorix

Species: Chimera Ant

Form: Human

EP: 3,000,000

Skill: Constitution

[To control and manipulate Souls,

Authority over Death]

Status: King of Chimera Ants]**

Zephorix placed his hand on the ground. "Absolute Death," he uttered. The dense forest created by Alzard began to wither and die. Within moments, the entire forest was reduced to lifeless debris, leaving Alzard in shock.

"How can such power exist? I can't let him live!" Alzard cried out.

"27 Great Trees!" she commanded, summoning 27 massive roots from the ground, causing the earth to scatter.

"World Slash!" Zephorix retaliated, his powerful attack slicing the 27 roots into thousands of pieces. In an instant, Zephorix closed the distance between them. He bent down, and before Alzard could react, he delivered a fatal slash. Alzard fell, defeated.

Nearby, Ariana watched her mother die, but she felt nothing. Suddenly, the slave spell on Ariana broke, freeing her from her mother's control. Ariana approached Zephorix. He turned to her and asked,

"How does it feel to be free again?"

Blushing, Ariana replied, "Thank you."

"I'm going to revive Alzard," Zephorix stated.

"What? Why?" Ariana asked, puzzled.

"I need her power to build my empire," Zephorix explained.

"Why do you need a woman like her? Do you want her to be your woman?" Ariana questioned, a hint of jealousy in her voice.

"Don't joke with me. I wouldn't even think of that in my wildest dreams. I know the battle with the Chimera Ants is inevitable, and to fight them, I need strong allies," Zephorix replied.

"But even if you revive her, what are the chances she'll obey you?" Ariana asked, still unsure.

"Don't worry. Those I revive cannot betray or disobey me. They will follow my every command," Zephorix assured her.

"Every command?" Ariana glanced at Zephorix, suspicion in her eyes.

"Is there something on my face?" Zephorix asked, noticing her gaze.

"No," Ariana replied, shaking her head.
