章節 124: A ceremony to remember

Andrew's own worries forgotten, or glossed over for Ben's more surprising, and happy news, Andrew felt that he could relax again. 

He was calm enough that when it came time for everyone to get to their seats, leaving Ben and Amir alone beside Amir's grandfather and Mrs. Beckett, Andrew didn't feel weird seeing Maxwell again. 

Maxwell had a slight happy flush to his cheeks, and it was clear that he was happy from the way he moved. Andrew felt like just seeing the man filled him with happiness and contentment. When Maxwell demanded his hand to hold, Andrew willingly let him. He'd let the man lead him into certain death as long as he got to be with him while it happened. 

Maxwell was at the forefront of the group heading towards the sections set up for the family of the couple. Andrew glanced at the army of people attending, but didn't look at them for long. Maxwell wouldn't let him.
