It was 17 Hours Later before Entering the City of Argus. "Welcome to Argus… I guess." Sterling said into the radio having everyone in this 3 Vehicle Mini-Convoy.
When Sterling & the Mini-Convoy entered they saw Jaune, Nora, Ren & two other women with a child of Two or Three Years Old. Team RWBY exited the first M1126 (ICV), Then Qrow & Maria exited the second M1126 (ICV), And The Last Sterling, Neo Politan, And Neo exited the МЗАЗ Bradley. With Nikke Bots staying inside the Vehicle.
From what Sterling learned The two women are Saphron Cotta-Arc & Terra Cotta with Adrian Cotta-Arc. "It's nice to meet you all, I'm Sterling Schnee Older Twin Brother of Weiss Schnee From Remnant-616, And No not this Weiss here."
Jaune, Nora, Ren, Saphron Cotta-Arc & Terra Cotta with the kid looked at Sterling & said "Huh?" Sterling lifted Weiss as if she were a kid. "Yup! Though Weiss is a bit older than me on this Remnant, By the way, This one is called Remnant-622." Sterling quickly & shortly explained. As the group absorbed Sterling's
introduction, A mix of confusion and curiosity painted their faces. Jaune scratched the back of his head, Glancing at Nora, Who was already bouncing on her heels. "So, you're saying there are multiple versions of you guys out there?" He asked, His eyes wide.
"Exactly! It's a bit complicated, But think of it like... different timelines or universes," Sterling replied, Setting Weiss down gently. She brushed herself off, A little flustered but intrigued.
Nora's enthusiasm bubbled over. "Can we meet your Weiss? Does she have an epic battle story like ours?" Sterling chuckled. "Other than myself, Weiss has not fought against anything else but me. Over the course of our training, Weiss and I have engaged in sparring sessions on numerous occasions. Despite our efforts, We have yet to gain admission to Beacon Academy on my Remnant-616."
Nora's eyes sparkled with excitement. "So, You're telling me there's a version of Weiss out there who hasn't faced a single Grimm? That's kind of wild!"
The group exchanged glances, clearly intrigued by the idea of a Weiss who had yet to face the trials of Beacon Academy. Jaune raised an eyebrow, half-smiling. "So, you're saying you're the older brother who's been preparing her for the big leagues? That's kind of cool!"
Weiss crossed her arms, A hint of competitive fire igniting in her gaze. "It's fine Weiss, I'll make sure to make my Weiss Schnee nice & strong!"
Sterling gazes at his Pip-pad screen and observes numerous Mimics lurking outside the protective perimeter of the Argus Walls through the live feed from his UAVs stationed outside. His keen eyes count between fourteen to nineteen of the elusive creatures skulking in the vicinity, potentially posing a threat to the security of the compound.
"Alright everyone here, Other than Jaune, Nora, Ren, Saphron Cotta-Arc & Terra Cotta & Adrian Cotta-Arc with Saphron or Terra with him being Three years old & all. Team RWBY, Qrow, Maria, And Neopolitan should go to the hospital to be checked out, especially Ruby have a Broken leg or Fractured leg." Sterling stated.
"For now, I want Nora, Me, And Neo to help me outside the Walls." The group fell silent for a moment, Processing Sterling's order. Jaune's brow furrowed with concern. "Wait, you're seriously going to confront those Mimics? Even with Ruby injured?"
"Absolutely," Sterling replied, his voice steady & resolute. "After all You, Ren, Saphron Cotta-Arc will take Team RWBY, Qrow, Maria, And Neopolitan to the hospital. While Terra Cotta & Adrian Cotta-Arc go home to rest."
The urgency in Sterling's voice cut through the concern in Jaune's expression. "I get that, but what if something goes wrong? You can't take unnecessary risks, Especially with those Mimics out there!"
"Jaune, I appreciate your concern, But we don't have time to waste," Sterling insisted. "We need to contain this threat before it escalates. If we can take out the Mimics now, We'll prevent them from causing more harm to the city."
Nora stepped in, her eyes sparkling with enthusiasm despite the seriousness of the situation. "I'm ready to go! Together we can take them down! Right, Neo?" Neo nodded, Her expression serious as she adjusted her weapon, Ready for action.
Qrow crossed his arms, Weighing the situation. "I don't like it either, But if Sterling thinks he can handle it, We should trust him. Just keep in touch. If things get too hairy, You pull back."
"Got it," Sterling said, Feeling a surge of gratitude for the support. "We'll stay in contact. Just focus on getting Ruby and the others to the hospital & healed up."
As the urgency of the moment pressed in around them, Sterling felt the weight of responsibility on his shoulders. He turned to Nora & Neo, Determination etched on his face. "Let's move. We need to get to the north wall & assess the situation."
The trio quickly made their way to the perimeter, Leaving the bustling scene of the convoy behind. The closer they got to the wall, The more the tension in the air became palpable. Sterling activated his Pip-pad again, Checking the live feed. The Mimics were still there, Shifting & lurking in the shadows, Their forms indistinguishable from the environment.
While standing on the North Wall, Sterling skillfully summoned three grenades & deftly attached them to each other. With a quick pull of the pins, He released the grenades, Which detonated upon impact, Successfully eliminating four Mimics in a single strategic move.
By executing this strategic maneuver Two more times, We can eliminate Nine additional Mimic enemies from the battlefield. Reducing the number of remaining Mimics to just Five.
The sound of the explosions reverberated through the air, Sending a clear message to the remaining Mimics that they were not alone in this fight. Sterling quickly adjusted his stance, Eyes scanning the area for any movement. Nora, Standing beside him, Was practically vibrating with excitement. "Did you see that? That was amazing!" She exclaimed, Her voice filled with adrenaline.
Neo, With her signature silence, nodded in agreement, Her gaze fixed intently on the remaining Mimics. They were shifting uneasily, Realizing that the tide of the confrontation was turning against them.
Sterling took a deep breath, Quickly assessing their options. "We need to keep the pressure on them. If we can maintain the momentum, We can drive them back before they regroup."
"Right! Let's get them!" Nora shouted, Her enthusiasm infectious as she charged forward, Ready to engage. Sterling and Neo followed closely behind, Their weapons drawn & prepared for the battle ahead.
As they approached the remaining five Mimics, Sterling's Pip-pad buzzed with incoming data. The reconnaissance drones he had deployed outside the walls were updating him on the Mimics' movements, Revealing that one of them was attempting to flank them from the left. "Nora, watch out! One is trying to get around!" Sterling shouted.
Nora spun on her heel, Her weapon at the ready. "I got it!" She declared, Unleashing a flurry of shots that caught the Mimic off guard. The creature staggered back, allowing Sterling & Neo to close in. With precision & coordination, They flanked the remaining Mimics, Forcing them into a corner.
As they departed, The Three Man-Squad of Hunter & Huntresses bid farewell to the towering North Walls & made their way back into the bustling heart of Argus City.
