The young man on the operating table had his two eyes plucked out with his tummy half opened, the skin is not entirely cut out.

Just a few distance away from him, a medical tray could be be seen with different surgical tools lying on it, with the likes of scalpel and forceps bloodied, but what stood out on the medical tray is a pair of eyeballs, opened widely, and staring down at the body of the young man laid on the operating table.
