My expression darkened as I looked at Damien warily. What was he up to now?

"Who are you calling? Don't disgust me!" I pushed Damien away and tried to exit the elevator.

Damien suddenly grabbed my wrist and pulled me back. "You're Sophia, aren't you?"

His hoarse voice was tinged with excitement.

Feeling uneasy, I forcefully pulled my hand away from Damien's firm grip. "Stop acting crazy here. This is the Black Group, not your home."

As the elevator doors opened, the employees exited on the working floor. Only Damien, the assistant, and I were in the elevator.

Damien remained silent. He stared at me, sending shivers down my spine.

"Mr. Coleman, please follow me," the assistant said as the elevator doors opened. Ewan was standing there.

Seeing me,he didn't seem surprised at all.

Damien looked at me with a complex expression and walked straight out of the elevator.
