Story of a girl who "saved" someone but the guy assumed that it was her sister who did it. Fell in love with the sister. Something happened bet her and the guy but the guy said he could only love the sister. Went abroad heartbroken only to find out that she got pregnant. Gave birth to twins but one was stolen. then came back to China... So we probably would guess how the story would progress.. 🥲
