EMILY'S POV 

I smiled, picking up a portrait picture Aunty Tessy and I took together when I was younger. Aunty Tessy hasn't really changed that much over the years. 

She still bubbled with happiness and never for once failed to enjoy life to the fullness. Asides the numerous blind dates, Aunty Tessy was everything I wanted to be. 

A lady happy and content with life. I would never tell her this anyways but I'm glad to actually have her in my life. She is the mother I never had and she is always there for me even in times when dad is pretty occupied with handling the taekwondo center. 

"You've always been a boy," Maxine chuckled, sneaking up behind me, staring at the picture and I rolled my eyes, returning the picture to the shelf. 

"Trust me, boys have it easy when it comes to dressing. I'll give up anything just to wear a free clothing like they do."
