When Jackia stepped out of her room, I knew I should have followed her, but she might be feeling like she had been held hostage by me, and I had to give her the breathing space she needed. 

She needs to be given time to adjust to a lot of things. I didn't know why; I just felt like Jackia was the right one. I feel I need to help her attain the position. Only then will I have the peace that I so desperately desire at this point. 

It was taking like forever for her to return, even though there was nothing for her to do yet. According to the guards, she was still in the palace. It will definitely be easy for me to find her.

Not quite long ago, she arrived, and I was so surprised to see her, but with the way she walked in, I knew there must be something up. In no time, she spilled it all.

"Do you know that the alpha has a secret woman who is pregnant for him in the palace?"
