"His Majesty the Emperor has agreed for me to leave the city together with my sister," Zuo Zixi said. "Probably in half a month."

Madame Jiang looked at Zuo Zixi, then at Zuo Xiangning, and sighed. "Whatever you both need to prepare, write a list for the steward to purchase, especially medicinal herbs. You should take more of those."
