Tang Yu thought to herself that this might be a reason... right? She always felt that Ye Sihan was very dangerous, like a fierce beast lurking in the night even in broad daylight, ready to throttle her and tear her apart at any moment.

She flatly denied it with her lips, "No."

"I am not your direct supervisor," Ye Sihan said as he took a sip of the coffee in front of him.

Tang Yu pursed her lips, utterly frustrated.

Her direct supervisor was Xiao Yu from the secretarial department.

But she had already talked to Xiao Yu about this several times to no avail.

Otherwise, she wouldn't have brought it up with Ye Sihan.

"So, when can I leave?" Tang Yu asked timidly.

"Don't you understand?" Ye Sihan's lifted dark eyes appeared deep and gloomy.

It seemed as though none of these things were within his control.

Tang Yu, dissatisfied, turned and left.

She cursed under her breath as she entered the elevator.
