"AHHHH!"
In the master bedroom of the Arzen mansion, one can see kalon currently getting ready to give birth while surrounded by doctors and nurses all spread across the room.
They all showed extreme focused on what would usually be considered a simple operation to them, one they have performed many times before but still they were stressed as, if anything goes wrong their careers in this city are over.
Sure the gotham is the definition of a bad neighborhood but the pay for working here was far more then any other city in the united states.
With their careers in the line they began the most important birth of their lives.
(Ezekiel in the womb)
'what's taking so long, its not that hard to give birth, just push' Ezekiel said while rolling his eyes as his has it with the whole birth process.
As Ezekiel was contemplating going back to sleep a notification interrupted him.

Ezekiel showed a look of confusion seeing the last think god wrote.
Thinking that it must be a bad joke he returned to waiting for Arzen to give birth, so he can truly begin his new life.
This was until a thought came to his mind like the voice of lucifer begging him to listen to it, but he knew this was his voice and even the idea it posed sounded as if it was what he wanted to do.
Unable to resist, and not wanting to, he followed his desires, thinking 'to hell with the consequences'.
This single thought that combined with the actions he would later perform on this day, the day of his own birth would further label him a 'monster' straight out of his mothers womb, to all that find out what happened.
'wouldn't a c-section be faster'
The thought resonated with an almost child like innocence filled with curiosity
With that he decided to speed up the process himself

"Ahh!"
"push!" the doctor instructed Arzen as her contractions were finally close enough to begin.
"AHHHHHHHH!!!"
Then Arzen released an ear piercing scream that shook the whole house and caused Tim to run into the room so he could check the state of his mistress.
When he entered he say something that would make bruce wayne think maybe his overreacting about the death of his parents.
There on the bed his mistress had her hands clenched on the bed as though holding on to dear life her lips quivering unable to scream in pain and fear anymore as she looked in horror at her own stomach.
There what appeared to be an all black dagger with a green stone imbedded inside protruded out of her stomach.
Then with a fluent quick motion her stomach was sliced in two.
'shit is a c-section supposed to be horizontal' Ezekiel questioned himself.
After giving birth to himself Ezekiel locked eyes with the nurse as though to saying
"I did the hard part so can you help me out with of here"
The nurse seeing the 'thing' look at her locked eyes with it, and staring into its eyes she felt stuck in them as her mind blanked.
then as she stood still for a minute her face slowly descended into horror as she then clawed the sides of her face hard enough to draw blood then screamed .
"HELP, KILL IT, IT'S THE DEVIL" as she then grabbed a scapple off the cart and made a mad dash towards Ezekiel
Everyone in the room say this and made no attempt to stop her, not ever Kalon voiced anything to stop her.
though this maybe due to her having lost a massive amount of blood due to the unplanned c-section, but as the nurse closed the distance she managed to voice in a faint whisper trying her best to protect her son.
seeing the women Ezekiel decided waited until she was in his striking range, but while he waited he was thinking what to do with his mother.
'i'd fix her up but I don't have anyway to heal cuts, so after im done with the nurse I'll give her the gift of a quick death, since she carried me all this time' Ezekiel thought.
Since he had no attachment with the women to begin with so he decided to give her that much as a sign of thanks.
When the nurse was close enough for Ezekiel to see the look of madness if her eyes he connected the dots between his skill and the not left to him by god and guessed her current state as the effect of his [nil eyes].
'wait that doesn't make sense, is my skill always on' Ezekiel thought with panic hoping that he is wrong.
[flaw discovered]
'Damn it!' Ezekiel said in despair as to how this affects his future plans.
[nil eyes cant be turned off]
In rage Ezekiel struck the nurse in the chest stopping her attempt on his life.
While she was skewered Ezekiel felt a blissful sensation creeping into his body from his tail.
As the energy entered his body he understood what the feeling was.
it was her life force exiting her and entering him, making him stronger.
As Ezekiel was intoxicated in the feeling of draining the woman all the people in the room watched as the woman's body slowly began to dry living a husk in its place, and the boy grow to the size of a 1 year old in a matter of seconds.
Thinking about the energy Ezekiel remembered ways it was used from anime and tv shows of his previous life so wanting to see if he can bless his new mother with the chance to live he crawled out of her, then laid her hand on her body while concentrating, trying to push the energy outward.
At this moment Arzen's eye lids felt heavy and she knew she was about to die, but still in her heart she didn't blame her son she only felt sad that she couldn't be there to raise him.
As her life began to fade a sudden feeling of strength returning made her gasp with life.
She looked down and saw her stomach beginning to close itself.
When her stomach was fully healed, and the pain stopped the looked at her butler Tim that was still trying to process the events that unfolded just moments ago.
"Tim get rid of them" Arzen said coldly looking at the hospital staff that all showed a look of fear at her words.
Tim the ever faithful butler snapped out of his thoughts, then pulled out a gun and let loose on the doctors and nurses.
While this was going on Arzen picked up her child and held him in an affectionate hug. At this moment Arzen did not care about any thing her son has done from his exit out the womb to the nurse he killed, what she felt at this moment was not disgust for the monster she had just birthed, not fear to this creature that had put her through such torture and drained a lady to a husk in less the a minute sense it was born. all she felt was love to her son and the want to protect and hold him forever.
Ezekiel feeling this woman's hold was stumped, for the first time since arriving in this world did his mind go blank.
Soon he returned to his sense and decides to lay confutable in his mothers embrace and enjoy the feeling that was not know to him in for his entire life.
Ezekiel fell asleep in the comfort and protection of his mothers embrace, a feeling that he found addictive.
"My lady what should we do now?" Tim asked, still staring at the child but know with hidden disgust and fear.
"insure that no one finds out about this incident, more over that sweet Damian is not the cause of any of this".
Tim a loyal butler of the Arzen family even working here from the time of Kalon's father, one who has always remained loyal all this time looked at him master as though he had seen the signs of madness appear in his master, but still he went on and carried out the task assigned to him by her unwilling to think of the consequences he may face if not
Seeing the slight hesitation in Tim, Kalon thought 'he needs to also be disposed of, to ensure my sons safety' while looking at Ezekiel/Damian with eyes filled with love and the ever present hint of insanity found in the residents of Gotham City.
Unbeknownst to anyone in the room at the time when Ezekiel had first stabbed his mother, a lady with black hair, dressed in a goth attire with a scarab tattoo on her right eye and an ankh around her neck appeared in the room.

The whole time her eyes never left Ezekiel as she stared at him with naked fascination and joy.
After Tim left and she also disappeared after gathering the souls of the dead doctors and nurses
