As the room plunged into total darkness, Raika quickly responded, releasing her nano machines. They spread out like a dust cloud, glowing softly like fireflies, illuminating the room with a gentle, ambient light. The sight was mesmerizing, but the fear in the room was palpable.

Nina, trembling, clung to Raika. "I'm scared, Raika. I don't want to die," she whispered, her voice quivering.

Mia, standing nearby, nodded in agreement. "Neither do I," she admitted, her usual confidence shaken.

Lina, biting her lip, added, "I'm not good enough to fight yet. I don't want to be a burden."

Raika nodded, understanding their fear. She gently caressed Nina's hair, her touch soothing. "Don't be scared," she said softly. "It's just a beast. We've faced worse."

Nina pouted, her eyes wide with anxiety. "Hmmm, what's not to be scared about? Those things are terrifying!"
