Claire was shocked when Joshua walked into the room. She didn't think he would show up, especially with such a strong personality. Three other guys, all dressed very well and giving off an air of power and confidence, stood behind him. When Ethan saw Joshua walk in, he quickly stood up with a smile on his face. He moved out of the way so Joshua could sit at the head of the table.

Joshua sat down, and his back was straight and strong. He looked around the room with a serious but calm face. The boardroom went quiet, and you could feel the anxiety. Claire could hardly breathe because her heart was beating so fast. She couldn't take her eyes off of him as she tried to figure out how his behaviour had changed. He seemed different, more confident, more in charge than she had ever seen him.
