He wanted to see her happy. He told the lady to deliver it to her anonymously since she rejected his black card then. He felt that he might have to reject the dress as well.

He couldn't wait until he saw her put on the dress that day. He also couldn't wait to see her reaction when she got the dress. He walked out of the store. 

Claire still couldn't see the dress that she could buy. She was a little bit in pain and wished that it was a different case. She then looked around and couldn't find any traces of him.

That was when she discovered that she must have been to an entirely different place.

Claire looked around the hall while she tried so hard to retrace her steps. She wanted to call Joshua, but she remembered how she deleted his number from her phone after they had a fight, and she doesn't have it anymore.

The fire alarm suddenly went off while she looked around. She stopped moving immediately, while the people who were right in the hall were running away from her life.
