章節 29: Chapter 29 - U.A Entrance Exam 4
The U.A staff examined the variety of students showing off their skills and powers as they demolished robots left and right, keeping track of many students on the television screens. Nezu grinned as he leaned back in his chair and watched the students with a peaked interest.
"This year's students look quite promising, don't they Toshinori? Your students are completely dominating the test."
All Might watched beside him as Katsumi was on the screen, shooting a compressed blast of explosions out of her fingers towards robots on top of the buildings.
Katsumi was a blur of motion, her palms sparking with the energy she controlled so effortlessly. She blasted into the fray, her explosions propelling her into the midst of a group of one-point robots. With a feral grin, she thrust her palms forward and unleashed a powerful blast, disintegrating the robots in an instant.
"Too easy," she muttered, her eyes scanning for more challenging targets.
A two-point robot came lumbering toward her, its mechanical arms whirring menacingly. Katsumi dodged its swipe with a graceful roll, planting a hand on the ground to launch herself into the air. She somersaulted over the robot and landed behind it, delivering a point-blank explosion to its back. The robot shattered into pieces, its circuitry fried.
"Come on, where are the big ones?" Katsumi shouted, her blood singing with the thrill of battle.
As if in answer to her call, a massive three-point robot crashed through a nearby building, its red eyes glowing ominously. Katsumi's grin widened. This was more like it. She sprinted toward the robot, her explosions propelling her faster than her legs could carry her. She leaped into the air, spinning to deliver a powerful roundhouse kick amplified by a burst from her palm. The kick connected with the robot's head, sending it reeling.
Before it could recover, she landed and followed up with a barrage of rapid explosions, each one chipping away at its armored hide. The robot swung its arm down, trying to crush her, but Katsumi was too fast. She darted to the side, her reflexes honed by years of intense training. With a final, deafening blast, she reduced the robot to a smoking heap of metal.
Breathing hard but exhilarated, Katsumi looked around. The battlefield was chaos, with examinees fighting robots and each other in their desperation to score points. Her heart pounded with adrenaline, but she forced herself to stay focused. There was no time to waste.
"Let's go, you tin cans!" she yelled, launching herself into the fray. Her hands crackled with energy as she released a powerful blast, obliterating the first robot in a fiery explosion. She spun around, her movements swift and calculated, and dispatched two more with a series of precise blasts.
"Too easy," she scoffed, but she didn't slow down. Katsumi was a whirlwind of destruction, her explosive quirk making short work of the lower-level robots. The sounds of battle filled the air—metal clashing, energy crackling, and the determined shouts of other participants.
As she rounded a corner, she spotted a group of examinees struggling against a larger, three-point robot. It had them cornered, its metallic claws swiping dangerously close. Without a second thought, Katsumi intervened.
"Get back, amateurs!" she barked, thrusting her hands forward.
[AP Shot! ] A concentrated blast of energy shot from her palms, piercing the robot's armor and causing it to explode in a shower of sparks and metal.
The other students stared at her, eyes wide with a mixture of awe and fear.
"Th-thank you," one of them managed to stammer.
"Don't thank me, just try not to get in my way," Katsumi snapped, already moving on. She wasn't here to make friends—she was here to win. She then did a drop kick into three points then shot the two that were about to grab her like a gunslinger.
"This is the first time I've seen him shoot out his explosions like a gun...Though the explosive power is weaker, its penetrative power is rather high…also he expertly uses them like a pro." AllMight then glanced over at Izuku throwing a robot onto another larger robot with a satisfied smile.
"He seemed to stop fighting and focus more on helping others."
"It appears so. This young man is a perfect example of being a hero. He could easily take everyone else's points but instead only help them when in danger."
Nezu gave a satisfied smile along with everyone else. His goal was not to be on top of everyone else, rather he wanted to be a hero.
"But now their true test is here."
Nezu's sweet smile changes into an evil grin, pressing a big red button in front of him. Melissa, who was sucking a lollipop in her mouth, was looking at the screen slightly worried for his friends.
Though she saw them fight All Might and manage to win by overwhelming teamwork would undoubtedly win over this. However, her feelings for the dragon slayer. won't stop making her worried.
'Though, even if I know that Izu-kun will be fine, I still can't help but worry about him. Hmm, I wonder if this is because I....Well, we already plan things for the after party.'

Izuku stood at the edge of the building looking down at the other examinees. He already has god knows how many Villain Points, and if his theory is correct, then he should also have some Hero Points or something.
Right now, he was just observing them and watching the other students below him destroying robots left and right. Izuku uses his One For All to enhance his eyesight seeing at a distance of several hundred meters.
He then turned his head hearing the vibration in the surrounding and suddenly, the ground began to shake, making Izuku wobble for a moment before looking back to see a robot bigger than any of the other robots of the exam.
It wasn't just big, it was massive, even taller than any of the buildings in the vicinity. It marched through the street, destroying any buildings it grazed by while looking down threateningly to the students.
Upon seeing such a monstrosity, nearly all of the students all ran away in panic, not daring to face the robot.
He frowned, not because of the robot, but because the examinees seemed to have abandoned all their restraints as they were pushing and pulling each other as they ran.
No one was helping those who tripped, or those who were injured, they were just leaving them on their own.
'And they wanted to be a hero but I can't judge them knowing it is a normal instinct.'
He calmly opened his eyes, flickering in white lightning before jumping down from the building. Using the wind pressure from his smash to lessen the impact of his fall before flashing towards the fallen and injured examinees.
"Thanks for the help man."
"Go! This place isn't safe anymore! Help those who trip and get the hell out of here!"
Those were the words he was hearing, and he'd be lying if that didn't make him happy. He scanned the area trying to make sure not to miss anyone, then his gaze locked on someone and saw Ochako with her ankle stuck on the rubble.
He watched the gigantic robot as it neared Ochako. His wine red eyes seemed to glow as the world slowed down.
His mind went to a hyper focus state as his body released a good amount of power as he flashed towards Ochako. He grabbed the rubble that was on top Ochako's ankle, he spun a few times before throwing it towards the zero pointer. Soon, Izuku quickly turns his attention to the young girl.
"Ochakaa-san! You alright?"
Izuku came to her and carried her in his arms, causing the girl to blush despite their situation. She was shocked at being carried by one of her idols before blushing uncontrollably.
"T-Thanks for the h-help, I-I-Izuku."
She mumbled while hiding her face in her hands. Izuku looked back to the robot who began chasing them but flashed through the building and carried Ochaco while also helping other people along the way.
He swiftly dispatched the robots blocking their way using One for All to fling gusts of wind destroying them in the process.
Few seconds later they arrive a few hundred meters away from the enormous robot intently looking at its imposing size rampaging through the city.
'I should defeat it before others get hurt…'
"Uhmm y-you can put me down now…"
"Ah sorry, but can you stand up?"
Ochaco tried her best to hide the blush before nodding as she was put down by Izuku who stared at her pinchable cheeks.
'She's quite cute…'
He inwardly thought while turning his direction towards the behemoth that were destroying buildings and despites it size was able to move rather easily. Izuku immediately shrouded himself in multicolored lightning.

"M-Melissa?"
All Might looked at his niece who caused the glass of orange juice she was drinking to crack by gripping it tightly while looking at the screen.
"What is it, Uncle Might?"
She answered in a dead voice, the spider girl was emanating a dark aura around her as she witnessed the dragon slayer. carrying another girl that cause shivered under AllMight Spine
Though she already understood that he had a harem that he was unaware of, still did not remove the jealousy that comes with it.
"N-Nothing!"
Meanwhile, a certain 18+ Only Heroine, was looking at the blonde inventor with a teasing smirk when she saw the jealous look on her face and the former Hero public safety commission member frowned.
Both gaze then traveled to where Melissa was looking at and saw the green haired kid, carrying a cute girl with short brown hair that zoomed past the area while dispatching a few robots along the way.
'I'm curious what makes him special~'
The female teacher had her target locked on then shuddered when she turned to see Melissa glaring at her. This only made her even more delighted, giving a teasing smirk.
'Once he accepts, I'll talk to him.' The sniper squirm girl thought upon seeing the boy who changed her life forever.

"Stay here, I'll have to take care of that thing before more people."
Ochaco nodded before a gust of wind pushed back as a white streak zoomed its way towards the enormous machine trying to find it there's any other participants that may have been trapped or injured.
Upon finding everyone had gone to safety focus his attention on his opponent. Izuku gave an excited smile as he could see that every robot had come for him and witnessed the Zero point spewing smaller robots.
"Come to me since I do love a challenge!"
Izuku took deep breath spreading the 80% of One foral all through his body. His gaze turns sharp devoid of any human emotion before vanishing into nothing and appearing at one of the flying robots that came from the Zero points.
'Eat this you bastard!'
Izuku then begins to gather all of the latent energy present within the atmosphere, carefully harnessing and concentrating it into a single, focused point. With immense effort and precision, he molds this energy into a massive, glowing ball of flame, pulsating with incredible heat and power.
[ Heroic Flame: Nova Sol! ]
Summoning all his might, Izuku launches the colossal sphere of fire directly at the formidable Zero Pointer. As the ball of flames hurtles through the air, it illuminates the surroundings with a blinding light. Upon impact, a cataclysmic explosion erupts, engulfing the Zero Pointer in a fiery inferno.
The intense heat and force of the explosion obliterate half of the giant robot, reducing it to molten debris. The resulting shockwave reverberates through the entire area, shaking the ground and structures alike.
The sheer power of the attack leaves the onlookers in a state of awe and disbelief, their expressions a mix of astonishment and admiration for Izuku's incredible display of strength.
