This is Sylvia in her non combat form
She has a ton of combat experience (due to backstory reasons she was in pretty much the military) dating back to about 7 years old now she's 19 (though again backstory reasons she still looks about 12…I don't put her in romantic situations with characters since it just gets kinda iffy on what is an age range that is ok for her when it comes to dating)
She is obviously pretty emotionally distance because of the military years so she pretty much just fights without any emotion in her eyes or expression
She also has the ability to detect lies so if someone attempts to bluff an attack to trick her into a situation she'll know it's a bluff and will be able to plan her next move knowing it's a bluff
Onto her actual directly combat abilities
In her combat form she has a transparent blade that can cut through most things with ease and she has pretty high strength (so pretty above average) and really high durability
She has a wide range of attacks including little shurikens that she can use to teleport her blade to them to surprise attack someone if their near the shuriken or she can change the trajectory of the shuriken's movement for more surprise attacks
She also has heavy metal like bullets that pass through any sort of fully magical thing but will hit any physical object and if it hits it'll immediately stick onto them digging in harmlessly weighing the target down a ton so it isn't helpful for directly defeating the opponent but it makes doing that much easier

Sylvia can also make little floating rectangles of any size that she can use to launch anything in a direction allowing her to have great air mobility and also allowing her to mix up opponent's with where she's going to land she can also combo this with other abilities as an example trapping the opponent in a circle of these squares while throwing shurikens in that then bounce to the opponent over and over
Now heres the big ability if Sylvia sees an opponent use some sort of magical attack then she can copy it to use herself (technically because of this in canon she has a lot of other abilities but I wanted to limit how many she had to make it easier to explain) the first time she uses an ability she copied her eyes will flash but after using the copied attack once there won't be a tell that she's using it unless the attack itself has a tell before it goes
Now this all sounds extremely OP right? Well there is one more important thing of note Sylvia can only use two specific abilities at once (abilities she copied are each counted separately so she can only use two different copied abilities at once) she can choose to use two different ones or two of the same one so she has to strategize what she is using so she doesn't get caught in a bad situation. She can easily overwhelm opponents due to her large amount of options but she can't be careless since she can also be put in a bad spot easily as well
