"Remember, Secretary Hong, your survival depends on whether we find Rika next month. If we don't find her, then you would wish you were dead instead of being alive and working for us."

Emily did not make ideal threats. The secretary knew that, and he felt fear go down his spine. 

He tried to open his mouth to speak, but nothing came out of his mind. He was numb with fear and shock.

But no one moved to make him feel better. 

People looked pitifully at him, but no one was brave enough to tell him everything would be fine.

Instead, people quickly looked away from the man before them and continued their day.

Emily felt stressed but had no time to think about her feelings. She needed to track down Rika, and she needed to do that fast. 

"Damian, I will inform the Goodwill family about what happened. I'm not sure how much they will be willing to help us, but I am sure they will not ignore us."
