I was a fast-rising entrepreneur and became a threat to every wealthy businessman in Boston when I assumed my duty as the Vice President of Cooper Enterprises.

The money that Cheol lent me wasn’t accepted by Maxine’s family. I didn’t know their reason for not taking it but they asked me if where did I get the money? Maybe they had doubts. I didn’t let them know that I got it from Cheol.

I insisted for them to take the money because I didn’t want to marry their daughter but they’re stubborn in refusing to take it.

They still want me to marry Maxine. They even threatened to hurt my family. And that was the reason why I wasn’t able to get back to New York to marry Stella.
