Grace took some steps backward and turned to Steph. "Let's go."

"But you could get the dress." Steph showed her the card, but she shook her head in denial. It was too expensive, and she wasn't going to buy it just because she wanted to cover her shame.

She walked out of there with everyone laughing. "Why are you laughing?" Steph scolded them, but their laughter increased.

They immediately posted it in their forum's that Grace, who claimed to be coming with Ancaan tomorrow for a date, couldn't afford a gown.

"Grace" Steph followed her, and she stopped. "Why are you upset? We could have chosen a gown before leaving.

"Didn't you see they were all mocking me?"

"And so what? They were all laughing because they thought you couldn't afford the dress; usually you buy the dress to prove them wrong, but you just walked away."

"It doesn't matter," Grace muttered before she approached the car. "I will wait for you; go get your gown."
