"Here, have some water."
"Thanks." Nadya gulped down the water and stood up. The other boy from her caravan was standing close to their horses while watching the horses eating the weeds and the shrubs of the swamp.
"It is already late, let's go back to Whiten and look for something to eat." Nadya said to the boys but just at that moment, everyone who was there, saw it.
Wagons filled with bags of cement came from the apartments which were being built and passed by them. What made these people to look at these wagons was because of the unforgettable insignia on their hulls. They knew very well who owned those wagons.
"You said that you are not selling cement but those wagons belong to that witch Katya Laskin. Sir... What is the meaning of this?" Nadya asked Igor after forcing her way through the crowd.
Igor scratched the back of his head and said,
"Well, as you know, Katya Laskin is a close friend to his majesty and truthfully, moving those bags of cement from the west to this side costed so much and that cost was all catered for by Katya herself. I don't know if there is anyone of you who could pay for your goods to be transported from that far west to this place. I don't see anyone like that in this crowd and if there was any, you wouldn't be standing here but you would be looking for his majesty or sir Bogdan... I know, only the overly rich merchants like Katya could see and have a conversation with sir Bogdan... And meeting his majesty is almost impossible even if you are rich. So... You can clearly tell that until October, there is no one among you who will be getting their hands on this cement, lest you go and talk to Katya herself if you can't find Bogdan or his majesty."
Energy drained from Nadya's body once again. Unlike the biggest merchant of Whiten that is Katya herself, Nadya was simply a middle tier merchant who elevated herself after finding how profitable the plogh was or else she would have stayed as a small time low tier merchant for all her life.
"We can't compare ourselves with Katya." Nadya came to a realization and it was this realization that pained her. She wanted so much to be a big merchant like Katya as even if she came from Litkesh, Azuhai would not refuse to do business with her because she had money. Just like how Katya could buy cement even before the cement plant itself had yet to be opened.
Actually, it was not just Katya alone as other big merchants from Azuhai and Litkesh kingdom had come and bought the cement because they were there at the party and they talked with Bogdan and they had money to make Bogdan to order the workers to carry the cement from the west to the east, where it was stored in the first floors of the apartment blocks being built.
"We don't have a choice. Let's go to Whiten." Nadya said to the boys.
They climbed on to their horses and disappeared but as the horses disappeared, Nadya looked back and thought,
'One day, I will own a cement factory in Litkesh.'

It was almost approaching 4pm and five people could be seen sitting around a table while facing a man.
"Osip Minsky, right?" Alexandre asked the 20 years old man.
"Yes! That is me."
"Well, why do you want to be the general manager of Whiddiff construction company?" Alexandre asked while staring intently at Osip.
"Building structures is in my blood and I once desired to build structures that could provide habitation for my fellow homeless natives in Polkok district. I want the people of Polkok to live in houses like the one the nobles resides in. I want every person in Polkok to be safe and not worried when winter comes or when heavy rains and strong winds came. I want everyone to be happy because they have a shelter that could cover them from the cold."
"When I saw this position being advertised in those schools, I became agitated because I didn't want anyone else to take this position because I was afraid that they would not do a good job as required because maybe, they don't know the pain that we the homeless people go through, they don't know the pain of living in shanties or shacks. Therefore, I see myself as the best candidate to take this role."
